The Biden admin and Kamala campaign was a shitshow through and through, but it is a tight lipped shitshow. Her political career is done and she doesn't have the charisma to get paid to do talks like Obama. Her only hope is to do a tell all and have people pay her for interviews that reveal how fucked the last 5 years were.

So, realistically, what are the ways or chances Trump won't be certified tomorrow, if there are any? Is it all but certain he'll be confirmed, or are the Democrats just gonna try and pull a rabbit out of a hat as one last Hail Mary?

It's happening because the Democrats spent the last 4 years being the Democracy TM party. And honestly the system is resigned to Trump at this point. He literally got on time magazine as person of the year for fucks sake.

The competency crisis is actually happening now. People would be surprised and horrified to know that key systems are being maintained by white male retiree consultants wearing Hawaiian shirts charging $500 an hour to troubleshoot systems that companies refuse to upgrade. Eventually those white guys will permanently retire as they get into their 70s and aren’t willing to work for any price. In the unlikely event that companies learn the error of their ways and start hiring white guys again, there is now a decade experience gap where white guys learn the ropes of the system so it can be smoothly handed off to them.

2035-2050 or so is going to be a dark time for burger businesses. I’m sure Microsoft, Oracle, etc. salivate at this so they can offer their shit jeetcode-laden systems as solutions but they won’t be and will just accelerate the decline further.

The thing is the competency crisis is going to hurt them as well, and its been entertaining to see if it wasn't going to take everyone down.
 
If the weather in DC is as bad as expected on Jan. 6, I don't think anyone is doing shit at the Capitol.

The people who’ve made the decisions will have long since retired or got their golden parachutes by then. They will opine that the real reason why the competency crisis happened is because we didn’t start replacing whites sooner. They will be fully insulated from their bad decisions.
