Ahh, but he totally screwed up there. He was only supposed to specifically ask what the health effects to women were likely to be, and possibly how it would affect the tech industry.
Then why are you running against a Democrat, dumbass? There are Republican officials you could have done your play campaign against at the state and local level but I guess that's not as glamorous as slandering a fellow Democrat doing his job.

He doesn't want to move to a state with yucky conservatives and no high-paying patent job for Frank, which would be the most useful national government strategy. He wants to be part of a left-wing Tea Party instead, and despite having right-wing economic positions, he will try to pass himself off as a Berniebro to that end.
I didn't know who this guy was before I posted his tweet, but yeah that seems to be a trend. He's surrounded by crazy Riot employees who are all SJWs that could destroy his career in an instant, and immediately jump down and gaslight him the moment he says something out of line (no matter how true it is). Kinda makes me sad, especially when most of his followers seem to agree with his thoughts pre-apology.
I think someone here said it best, the moment you apologize, you basically expose your biggest weakness and put giant crosshairs on yourself.
Zelda came out in 1986...in Japan. It didn't come to the US until 1987. Since I highly doubt that a young John Flynt was living in Japan or had a Famicom Disk System (the Japanese version was on a floppy disk, not a cartridge like the US version, so he can't claim that he played an imported copy on the NES), then he's just talking out of his ass as usual.
UGH. Look at that disgusting man, doing actual congressional duties instead of playing Street Fighter 2 and whining about Zelda on Twitter! What a loser.
Actually in spirit tracks Zelda is a playable character alongside Link and she's pretty badass since she's a ghost that possesses evil knights and gets new powers based on what kind of knight it is.
Yknow I don't really think having Zelda as a protagonist for a game would be so out of the question. I mean in the recent games she's pretty good at using a bow and a sword, and she's supposed to be talented with magic so I can see a game where Zelda has a bow/sword as her main weapon and instead of new items she learns new spells. Hell, maybe even have the game show Zelda working behind the scenes to show just how much of an impact she has on Link's adventures.
Brianna isn't wrong that this would be an interesting idea, but you just know she's not saying this because she thinks that Zelda would make for an interesting play style in a LOZ game. No chances are she was just thinking about replacing Link with Zelda in the next game and have virtually no changes other than maybe having her in a cute outfit for John to yank his phantom gherkin to.

Look at that evil White Man going to events and making himself visible to his constituents. Surely Brianna Wu will simply walk into office against this pitiful opposition.
"Unbelievable white male privilege in my state as some guy named Martin hosts some breakfast named after himself, and OF COURSE @RepStephenLynch has nothing better to do than attend. When I am in the US House, I promise to end this kind of grandstanding and nepotism."
