There's a good chance the guy either:
A) was fired for unrelated reasons. We are in year 2 of tech layoffs, after all.
B) he quit and got a better, higher paying job elsewhere.

Liz Consent Accident just needs to create a win for himself.
 
I can’t wait for China to take over the tech industry. I don’t have much love for Uncle Lee, but they are the wakeup call the west needs and the antidote to the ideological imperialism of American tech behemoths.

People mock Putin, but there really needs to be a multipolar world. We cant have a world where nutcases like Elliot have the power to force their beliefs on others under the threat of destroying their careers if they don’t comply.
 
On the bright side, the implication of this new change in tactics is that Elliot has thoroughly exhausted all of his deplatforming ideas.
He has failed. He is desperate. The Internet has successfully resisted all his efforts to control it through technical skill, and so his focus has changed to social manipulation.
He thinks if he can “unmask” enough users, more will be intimidated against using the site, or delete their accounts, and site traffic will stagnate and shrink.
Both he and us know that this is a long shot, but he has nothing else left. Total victory is at hand.

Things like this are the catalyst for apolitical people getting fired, discovering that they are supposedly KiwiFarms members, looking up what KiwiFarms is and then slowly getting redpilled about the nature of trannies. The trannies are creating their own enemies.

Most companies these days know everything about you if you have poor opsec. But they only look into the data they have on you if you give them a reason to. They don't pay attention until they suspect you of something already.

Assuming that this isn't just a bunch of made-up bullshit from Erriot, any techniques that were supposedly used to "unmask" this alleged KF user would be subject to discovery in a wrongful termination case. And I would be willing to bet that most of these means would be borderline, if not outright illegal. Even so, the dude could also outright admit thst he is on KF. So what? Even in the most pozzed of places in the US, unless you're representing yourself as an employee and damaging the company's reputation, it's not illegal to be a member of KiwiFarms, or any other legal website. Even Commiefornia has some especially robust employee protection laws, due to coddling all the nigger-faggots there. Wrongthinkers are just covered by proxy.
