This is obviously an outlier situation, and I don't know exactly the protocol to terminate a employee in the situation. However, it is very rare anyone is straight up fired. It usually only happens when the employee does something illegal, is undermining the company, or just doesn't show up.
Every time the company wants to get rid of an employee they just pay them to resign. It ends up being a lot cheaper than any potential wrongful termination lawsuit.
 
With Elliot's past, I would not be this bold about aggressively attacking people on the Internet and even taking credit for them losing their jobs. All it takes is to piss off one wrong person, and the whole house of cards comes tumbling down. Even his campaign against KF has resulted in nearly everyone on this site becoming aware of who he is, including his consent accidents. One of these days he'll step on the shoes of some conservative journalist or someone with the money and pull to publicize his dirty laundry.

Absolutely disgusting. I can understand, to a degree, the desire to cancel someone. Like, wanting to cancel a pedophile actor from his cool fun job being rich and famous makes sense to me. A person doesn't deserve to make millions of dollars, especially if they're awful and have actually engaged in something truly heinous.

But you should never go for someone's normal ass day job no matter what they do, in my opinion. Everyone deserves to eat and pay rent. Especially when what they've done is not a crime of any sort. No one should ever go after someone's job over a political or social disagreement, ever. I don't care if someone is in the KKK or literally a Nazi.

Write them angry emails, rage about them, whatever you want. Exercise your free speech. But leave someone's job the fuck alone.
 
Fuck I was gonna respond to the Jessie Singal thing, but now there’s this horseshit.

In general, Jessie tries his hardest not to defend this place his lesbian co-host does more by actually asking questions of him. They employ(ed) a gay Furry Pete Buttyjuice loving law student (now lawyer, iirc) to do primary research for them. Katie (lesbian cohost) typically would ask better questions while Jessie would shakily try to not answer a direct question. When that faggot Ulster kid was fucking with Keffals he gave a Tim Poole-ish answer.

Most likely Jessie didn’t debunk it, but half heartedly laid out what was going on. He’s very pro-troon despite his trannies react to him being against puberty blockers for kids.
