It's pretty easy actually. You just hire some people to rob a bank, then tip off the police. Then while the police are busy dealing with the bank robbery, you rob a different bank.

Tell the police a big crime terror attack or something is happening on one side of the city, then rob a bank on the other side of the city. There won't be any cops to bother you. (disclaimer- for entertainment purposes only don't actually do this)

This has me wondering. On 9/11 on any other major terror attack every cop in the city and outside would be sent there. 100% of their shift and all their shifts for days or weeks after would be about the attack. That means any petty criminals like shoplifters or people who want to assault someone could do anything they want and the LE resources to deal with them just won't exist.

Do you think any of the men trapped inside the twin towers (knowing they wouldn't be saved) who had been force-fed the sexual harassment policy during training grabbed their hot F co-workers tits before the towers went down?
