Rekieta's "soonposting" is so funny to me. Since his "coming back, coming hard, and coming often" Local's post on Oct. 20, we've seen a total of 0 new YouTube/Rumble streams (the last one was on Aug. 29).

Here is a collection of some "soonposting" on Twitter (he has been "soonposting" on Locals since before this timeline, by the way):

He's a gay coward. He can't do anything. He's a complete pussy. He's an utter failure.

Come on, do something, you homo!

Imagine being owned this hard. Imagine being Nick. Imagine just having to suck dicks in silence because the Farms completely owns you.

Come on, send some more paypig chats to the child molester Patrick Melton!

Or just continue to seethe impotently in silence. Either way it's funny.

My guess is that it was 40% about his declining numbers and lackadaisical streaming schedule, 60% about Rumble's desire to get rid of larger contracts, and approximately 0% about content, because decision makers are unlikely to actually sit through one of Nick's shows and there wasn't a big scandal to grab their attention before the cokestream.

Anyway, he'll be back soon. The schedules are adjusting again:

He´s been too busy to do anything for what, 10 months now? I don´t know how this man does it but I would recommend some stimulants to keep up pace or else he might not be able to do all those promised May streams.

Ladies and gentlemen, the brilliant legal mind of Nicholas Robert Rekieta.

Don't say "don't bring drugs into the house." Don't be one of those responsible lawyers that advises people to not break the law.

Instead, tell people to get rid of the firearms first. That way they only get charged with a potential felony drug charge, but not a misdemeanor in addition to the drug charge.

Remember, there is a possibility this guy asked the state to do anti-drug PSAs to get less onerous probation terms. I can't imagine why the state wouldn't agree.

(No, and IDGAF if he's joking. His situation is beyond a retarded thing to joke about now).

His soonposting is pretty much the only thing keeping me around besides his legal troubles. It's so fucking funny watching him embarrass himself again and again for little conceivable gain; at any point he could just quit being a streamer or go on an indefinite hiatus, but there's this little glimmer of his former personality keeps making its way to the surface, only for him to punch himself into oblivion to destroy it.

The best part is the excuses. How convenient that someone died on the one day in months that Nick was definitely going to stream. Oh well there's always the January February March cooking and cope stream to look forward to. I hear this time he's making turducken!

Nick's not an addict, but in that situation he's going to prioritize the drugs

He's also constantly reminiscing about and talking positively about drugs. That's not addict behavior.

He doesn't want to admit he's an addict and can't handle doing drugs, so he's still trying to act like doing drugs is cool because he can stop any time he wants because he has that kind of control (even though he torpedoed his career, marriage and scarred his kids for life because he couldn't stop). So he's giving "cool guy" advice.

It's actually really pathetic and there will be a relapse arc.

He didn't say Christmas of which year Kiwi Child.
Stop maliciously interpreting what Nick says in the worst way!
He never lied even once, you just misunderstood!

Imagine being Nick. Imagine being so retarded that you're literally a walking PSA about "this is what an addict looks like" and insisting you aren't one.

What a fucking idiot.
Stop maliciously interpreting what Nick says in the worst way!
He never lied even once, you just misunderstood!
It's always hilarious when the man who only doesn't have a lie coming out of his mouth is when a cock is going in insists he never lies. Sure thing, cockface.

I don't remember this being discussed in the thread. If it was, sorry about that. But Potentially Sean was apparently talking to some source (maybe the same one Aaron was talking to), and they gave him more details about Rekieta's proposal:
  • Nick offered to help the court get monetized and help them run a YouTube channel, streaming, and Zoom.
  • He was going to use his YouTube channel to promote sobriety.
  • Rekieta would donate part of his superchat money to his local D.A.R.E. program.
Also, he told Sean that:
  • Nick smelled like the back of a McDonald's, with an overpowering stench of tacky cologne, breath smelling heavily like winter-mint.
K told us that there was a second person during Nick's hearing. Is this person the "source"? If it was, there is no way he should've known those details, as K herself also did not know anything about this.

Funny and weird, if true.

Not to powerlevel too hard but I have seen this 'kids turned parent' in real life and it can get ugly, and never improves. Whichever kid ends up becoming the default 'parent' (the eldest in Rekieta's case) has far more responsibility than a kid should have, and tons of developmental issues can develop from this. First, the kid no longer respects the parents at all, and ends up resenting them often. The kid also becomes a moral authority for the entire house, as the parents offload more and more MORAL responsibility onto the kid. He has to not just be an elder brother to the other siblings, but also somehow monitor and judge the parents as well, and the parents now EXPECT the kid to be their conscience. The kid has to become far more mature than warrants, and this can lead to issues socializing with peers because they are much more mature than kids their age. They usually miss educational goals, end up not going to college to stay near the home and work, and to help the younger siblings due to the parents not caring. This can cause compounding issues with the other kids as well, as they see that the oldest sibling is the one really in charge at home and they no longer care for the rules the parents set. This can lead to very bad problems down the road when the oldest finally leaves the house and the younger ones don't have anyone left to be responsible.
This doesn't even touch on how it makes the parents WORSE in most cases. They have now offloaded responsibility to someone else, and now have no incentive to fix their lives or become better, as their is a external locus of morality for them. This can lead to further spiraling worse than another adult tard wrangling them, as they are going to rebel easier against their own kid telling them what to do instead of an outside stable adult.
People have said all this in the thread before but this is one of the worst outcomes possible for the kids. I wouldn't be surprised if the oldest tries to do things right for a few years and then just one day leaves and never speaks to Kayla or Nick ever again.

Nick offered to help the court system get monetized and help them run their YouTube channel, streaming, and Zoom.
Oh, you have GOT to be kidding me?

Actually... yeah... you know what?

I'd kinda believe that too. Mr. Social Media Expert. It fits with everything we know.

See where we're at now? Even the stupidest shit imaginable seems at least halfway plausible.

• The DA said to Nick after the hearing, "nothing on record." (@3:32)
That could mean literally anything. Especially if she heard just a sentence fragment.

Theory: Maybe his deal is to have Kayla have no criminal record and just him plead guilty? This is easily confirmed or denied later.

Theory 2: Maybe he somehow managed to get a deferred adjudication?

Nick can only bully women and men he perceived to be less than him. Weak ass man.
Look, I'm just gonna come out and say it:

I think Nick is legitimately a misogynist. I think both he and Juju are two men I can point to and say "yes, absolutely."

And, to be clear, I don't mean that in a cringe SJW way. I mean that based upon the classic dictionary definition of the word. I mean it in a way where I think he straight up looks down upon women as a matter of course. He views them, especially but not exclusively, with contempt if they aren't obedient.

The whole "Judge pussy liquor" thing was spurred by the fact that she's in a position of power over him, and she frequently has refused to give him what he wants. Not just in the Monty case but (by his own admission) cases prior to that. I don't think he would level anywhere near the same vitriol against Wentzell, and it would definitely not be the same type of invective (as Wentzell has no vagina).

I also believe that the fact that Kristen Pierce has his balls in a salad shooter right now with her finger on the puree button is additional salt in his wounds. It might even play some role in him dragging this out as long as he has (in addition to the fact he's an insufferable faggot in general).

He is genuinely misogynistic in the classic sense. He has mommy issues as well. All of his major foes and foils were women.

All evidence we have points to Nick having a 1 year contract. If we believe what Aaron says, rumble let it lapse and left him on read. To be fair, Nick didn't seem very proactive about maintaining what has been claimed to be an $800k deal, between rumble and locals.
I really wanna know what was going through Nick's head when he thought "$800k a year? Don't need that!"

Was he thinking his superchats were gonna be enough, or did he just stop thinking about everything that wasn't drugs or sex?
Where does $800k come from? That's like Nick's lifetime super chat earnings after subtracting YouTube's cut. I don't think Rumble was that insane with their money.

Nike claimed it was 7 figures. I have documents all the know details in the OP via clips of Nick tlakimg about it. He also knew it was 1 year long.

I have heard third-hand rumours that Rumble was less than impressed with Nick and glad to be rid of him.

That's what proved him to be absolute garbage. He's never presented any excuse or reason for it, although we actually all know that little girl tested positive for cocaine because this piece of shit exposed her to it, either on purpose or, almost as bad, accidentally. "It's just one of those things that happens when you're a dad."

He either did it on purpose or it was in fact the incident where he knew a little girl had OD'd on HIS cocaine, and chose not to take her to the hospital. You know "one of those things that happens when you're a dad," no it doesn't, that only happens when you're an absolute piece of shit.

His parents do actually know estate lawyers.

It's called a "generation-skipping trust." It was invented specifically for worthless shit monkeys like Nick.

MUH TEST ARE INACCURATE! That was the best he did. I sure hope he has a better explanation when the case is all done...

I will not hold my breath...

Rekieta's "soonposting" is so funny to me.

It is hilarious how badly he fails to hold up his promises and to see his few loyal fans rage about it or cope.

As a kid I had to look after my Dad due to ill health. That this cunt is leaning on his kid because he can't control himself makes me sick, it's revolting.
Similar. I took care of my mom as she was dying of ALS. I consider myself blessed we got to spend her last moments together, but it wasn't fun seeing a loved one deteriorate like that. It's a horrible disease, and I don't even like to think about it.

Come to think of it, I told Nick that story too! So much of Dear John was absolute bullshit.

It's actually really pathetic and there will be a relapse arc.
As long as he doesn't admit he has a problem, there will be a relapse arc.
