My newest guess is it was Aaron and when he proudly told his lawyer he was like: "OMFG, SHUT IT DOWN! SHUT IT DOWN!"
I admit, its very unlikely, but it is the exact type of gayop faggotry Aaron would pull to get slapped with another charge , because he is a retard of exactly the right type.
Nah. Recall that Aaron often streams for 5+ hours/day between his morning and evening shows. BBN frequently posted/reposted tweets when Aaron was streaming.

Is it possible that Nick grew up in a similar environment to the one he is generating?
There's little doubt that Celeste enjoys a good party. Her social media doesn't hide it. She's a serious extrovert and, possibly, an airhead. Thrice in her social media pics, she references losing her phone or purse. Amusingly, there are three dead people she's expressed heartfelt grief about losing: her mother, Prince, and George Floyd.

She became pregnant at 17 (Nick's half-sister) but after marrying Bob, she seems to have lived a normie life. @Strix454 has posted what appears to be Nick's childhood home in Lakeville about 3000 pages ago. It was fairly modest and almost certainly before they 'came into' their money considering both Celeste and Bob worked.

Nick's never described any serious partying of the chaotic nature you describe. It's the type of thing he would have joked about.

He has said that the move to MN was difficult for him and, by today's standards, his parents were very hands-off (hardly unusual in the 80s and 90s). It's been previously pointed out ITT that Nick rarely mentioned Celeste. This is in sharp contrast to detailed stories about Bob and his grandfathers. The omission seems telling.

with a bunch of talk about how he's just like his dad, only better
Kayla's already done that. In her brief foray with her own YT channel, she posted a video in her car describing a cute story about her eldest's sense of humor and how he's becoming just like Nick. (Sadly, no one seems to have archived the 4-5 posts she made on this channel.)

Don't ask how I know but that one's most definitely their delightful visit to the Hewing Hotel in the North Loop:
Thank you! Speaking of April, it's been almost 10 days since she's posted on IG. That's somewhat unusual. Perhaps she has been kicked to the curb. Additionally, I was unclear what the black dot meant in her most recent comment:

AI told me this:

She's riding this Abuser Aaron narrative for all it's worth.

While it can be fun to nitpick someone's academic background, a lot of school (especially law school) snobbery is misplaced. I'll note that both Nick Rekieta, a sleazy criminal scumbag non-practicing lawyer, and Judge Steven Wentzell, the judge deciding his criminal case, went to the same law school, a fourth-tier toilet called William Mitchell (now Mitchell Hamline).

Look at the relative trajectory of their legal careers.

Meanwhile I've known Harvard Law School graduates who were absolute idiots (although the smartest lawyer I ever met was from HLS).
I have met excellent professionals who graduated from lesser-known colleges and awful professionals who graduated from prestigious universities. Obviously, the density of good professionals tends to be higher at these prestigious universities, and these individuals often have access to the latest technology.

One thing that being at a prestigious university greatly helps with is networking. In very closed fields, you may not be able to enter with a degree from a small college. But that's life.

I agree that professional quality should be evaluated more by practice and not by the credentials they hold.

I think it’s very funny and weird that Rekieta’s twitter profile picture still proclaims “INTOXICATION & LITIGATION.” I thought he was totally removing any and all alcohol references from his “show.” Also he no longer streams on YouTube and he doesn’t practice law so he’s not really a “YOUTUBE LAWYER” either. Might be a good time to change that picture, bud. :story:

Wait a god damned second! It was right in front of us the whole time!

Oh no, how long until that dippy bitch Kayla starts coming on to the oldest boy with a bunch of talk about how he's just like his dad, only better and more manly and responsible. I'm now bracing for this to turn into the reverse Thorps.

The worst part is I'm only like half kidding, fucked up families like the Balldos are where shit like that comes from.
And people get onto me for Drow Posting. Many Drow Matrons behave in this way, it wouldn't be out of character for Matron Qayla to do as Lolth bids.

With the fairly limited info we have on Celeste, I think it's obvious that she is just a quintessential boomer party girl. The obsession with selfies with groups of acquaintances and near strangers is a sure sign of the socially awkward delusionally self confident extrovert.

The fact "sober" Nick said drugs are just a "fun thing to do" and not a horrible mistake that he's embarrassed about reaffirms the obvious that he learned nothing and would immediately go back to them if the government and his family weren't denying him.

This is the real reason to go to big, prestigious schools. A top 50 or top 25 university will give you a very comparable education to a top 5 university, however a top 5 university will get you those sweet, sweet Rolodex cards.

It's not even in a crooked way, either, they just all know someone or know someone that knows someone, because these institutions are old as shit, in some cases older than the United States. If you submit a really solid dissertation or something, your professor or someone else could very likely come up to you and say "Hey, you did really good work, excellent write up. If you're interested, I know Dr. X at Y firm, and I can drop a line and see if he's looking for some talent. If he isn't, I'm sure he knows someone who is. Would you be interested?" Boom, you have a recommendation from an old colleague and an interview. Better yet, you graduated from the same school your prospective boss is an alum of.

Wannabe anti-drug school counselor telling a stranger that drugs are fun thing to do.

In a literal courthouse.

:really:

Nick had a girl talk shower call bench talk with K at the courthouse:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=jZDTuKyfY-cMore 'not an addict', 'easily quit', 'kids never abused' talk. Nick told her that they've been proud of the oldest and they've been 'leaning on him for support,' she goes into her experience with the parentification of her sister.

Edit: Forgot to add, everytime she tried to respond to him he looked away, making it obvious he didn't give a shit what she had to say. After saying he's not an addict he said "Those were just fun things to do."
She noticed his eyes were really blue again as opposed to them being "really dark" before. 'Seemed clean and sober'.
Eyes changing color from dark to light blue?

Sounds like a sure fire symptom of demonic possession.

Nick is acting like the prototypical rich kid, who’ve never has been in a situation where his wealth and status didn’t enable him to tell people to fuck off, the minute they say something he doesn’t want to hear.

The only way he’ll learn anything, is if he gets a few years in the slammer, and even in that case, actual growth would be unlikely.

Notable that he knows what people want to hear, but doesn’t even have the psychopaths iq and cunning to also make it look believable.

I poked around wrt The Hewing Hotel because nothing is ever simple with Nick Rekieta (except addiction).

This is the camp for homeless youth that Bob and Celeste support.

Also, this came up with a basic word search (Hewing Hotel + Rekieta) but the link is broken so I have no idea what it's about.

No person beats there addiction because the court has forced sobriety on them. They have to actually want to be sober, which Nick doesn't, so eventually he's not going to be.

The midwit psycho is truly the most interesting. Smart enough to know not to just try and take whatever he wants by force, not smart enough for long-term confidence games or patient enough to keep up relationships not based on abusing a power dynamic.
