An interesting thought that just occurred to me: Hardin apparently sent around $84 dollars to Mr. Nathan Greer and Mr. Scott Greer to cover for "deposition fees" (that I don't know what they are about, honestly). Now let's say the court does exclude the witnesses due to Pipsqueak Greer being retarded: even the most lenient, coddling and loving possible ruling that the court could reasonably provide should include AT LEAST a reimbursement for those fees. Which would mean he would be ordered to pay a small amount of money to Null. I'm mentioning this because I think that if he is told to pay Josh even a single fucking penny, there will be a nuclear tard rage unprecedented even in light of all the shit that just happened. Here's to hoping.

The more I look at this screenshot, the more I'm convinced Russell sent it to himself. Aside from matching his writing style, the "word_word_word_word" formatting of the handle is exactly how he formats his own handles (ie: just_some_dude_named_russell, piano_stud_whatever, etc). It's him.

Petition to add 'Russhole Smollett' to the title of his main thread? I'd be interested to see the full headers of this and the other 'harassment' emails he's gotten, I agree he definitely sent this shit to himself.

Well this makes out the "many witnesses willing to testify" argument Greer made a rather big exaggeration. To be fair though, Greer may not be able to count so its possible he really did believe 0 to be an equivalence of "many".

Sorry if I'm dumb: what is the subpoena sent to Russel about? I thoroughly enjoy reading the files you archive here but I must have missed it. I thought the only subpoenas issued so far were for the normal Greers, not Russel.
edit: your response made me realize that just because a subpoena was issued doesn't mean it has to be made immediately publicly available. Russel has spoiled me by being such a retard that everything Hardin does becomes an exhibit that gets filed.
