Yes, in most situations, you can file a police report on behalf of a victim if they are unable to do so themselves, especially if the victim is a minor, mentally incapacitated, or if you have direct knowledge of the crime as a witness;

Unfortunately, what's more likely is that it won't reach that stage due to the theoretical chain of custody of this information being contaminated. The people who investigate these cases are already inundated with false reports stemming from Internet slap fights trying to manipulate these authorities into investigating dead-ends because Joey destroyed Frankie's Roblox house and now they want revenge, or whatever gay shit. The last thing someone who truly wants to bring justice would do is make this look like another faggy online squabble instead of real minors being sexually extorted by real predators. Authorities will simply bin the reports because they're not trying to waste resources on being weaponized for Internet drama.

It's as simple as this: If you don't know what you're doing or don't know what to do, then ask someone who does and actually listen to their instructions! The priority above all else is not gossiping about the victims on a web forum, but instead seeing the criminals incarcerated and the charges sticking. This was either a weird gay op to run defense by blowing a potential investigation and preventing others from assisting the victim(s) in reporting the crimes (by giving the false impression it has been reported), or it's someone who is so far up their own ass that they're causing more harm than good.

Having successfully gotten pedophile abusers sent away to federal prison myself with charges that stuck, I can safely say that at no point did it involve blasting the victims all over Kiwi Farms, broadcasting openly that any reports had been made, sharing screenshots of the conversations held about what was turned over and to whom, sowing seeds of confusion about whether a facedox was the abuser or the victim, or any of this really pathetic showmanship we're seeing in this thread.
 
Justice really requires the minors to nut up and contact the police. I really don't see some 14 year old girl doing this because at that age kids are afraid of getting in trouble or looking stupid or whatever.
