I suspect that would be unlikely. The entire point of the job requirement in these plea agreements and probation is the statistical evidence that if someone has a job, they are less likely to reoffend and end up back in the system.
If someone did normie streams the real reason not to allow it would be boomerism more than anything, i.e. it's just something weird you're unfamiliar with. After all, if their job really is streaming, you get to see every minute of what they're actually doing, and if being on a regular schedule is part of the deal, you know when, you can do random spot checks without even the intrusiveness of showing up at someone's workplace.

That really isn't the case with Nick though. Can you imagine this faggot actually keeping a schedule? Not showing up obviously drunk? I imagine any job Nick could get, even one specifically tailored for a complete retard on probation, literally a make work job for a sped like Nick, would require he be tard wrangled nearly constantly, piss tested the instant he walks in the door, and straight to jail if he's so much as late.
This is just my opinion. Think of a situation like BossmanJack being required to get a job for early release, and him claiming gambling streams as a job.
That's about EXACTLY where Nick is and why I qualified it for a specific kind of streaming. I think in general if you could show adequate income and keeping a regular schedule, and be reliable about providing information on it, it would just be another form of self employment.

They'd likely be leery of it or it would be part of a super cushy probation deal, the kind of thing you'd only even consider for a model convict, but it's possible. The thing is at the moment I seriously doubt Nick could credibly claim even to be making substantial money from his degenerate coomstreams, and streams about how awesome he thinks he is for being a cuck and a faggot wouldn't cut it.

I think his content alone would disallow it. They've seen what he's done on stream. What he's done on stream is why he's even facing criminal charges right now.
- The 'come back to me Vic' thing - There was that weird whiny drunken emotional rant about how Vic wasn't being enough of a special friend to Nick. From what I remember, it was all kinda gay.
That was cringe beyond belief even at the time, and it is a testament to how fangirlish the thread was, including me, that he wasn't massively called out for such a huge dose of faggotry. It was a sign of things to come, and it took a lot of fucking gall for Nick to be bitching about Vic after using him as a cash cow as much as he did.

The only pressure he faced was being mocked by thousands of his former viewers and the betrayals from Null and Sean. Money wasn't an issue for him until end of 2023 when he tried to con Aaron into buying the Balldo Bunker.
Money was an issue for him from the moment he hired Randazza.

Is this really the case though? I do not mean to doubt, but you have a qualifier in your statement. It sounds absolutely mad that your rich family can 'employ' you to get around court orders.
A lot of people work for family businesses. Nick's PO will have the final say on what counts as acceptable employment if that's a condition of his probation. No-one in his local community is going to employ Nick.

It seems strange to me that he can't see another person that wants to see him based on a court order. I can understand not having the slag in his home or around his kids but how can the court make it illegal to shack up in a hotel room or something?
If he doesn't like it he can just do his prison time. Assuming that's even true, he can make a deal to do pretty much anything.
It's unenforceable and ridiculous as a practical matter. We all know that your average serious drug dealer is probably hanging out with other felons despite what any plea agreement says.
Not really. P.o. shows up and there's another known felon there, right back to jail you go. Someone rats you out, back to jail. Happens all the time.

Sometimes they have a carveout for specific people who might be felons but are actually part of your family or helping you maintain stability. So for instance they probably wouldn't go after you for attending an AA/NA meeting that likely has felons.
That seems like Nick just being lazy than Nick being genuinely retarded, since there's a reasonable argument that "Cuck Commander" constitutes parody ergo fair use. He just never followed up on his righteous copyright dispute.
It was trademark actually, and to be fair to Nick, he was actually doing a lot of more profitable things at that point. You're rarely going to turn a trademark lawsuit over silly shit into a profit.

Again it's not all that uncommon. The kind of people who end up in the situation Nick is in are rarely model employees with recruiters banging down their doors. They'd still want evidence you're actually doing something that will keep you out of trouble, so they might very well turn down "employment" from Nick's enabler parents who swore up and down they've never so much as seen him have a beer or whatever bullshit they said.

Hey maybe the DQ will hire him.

It would be awesome, like that scene in American Beauty.

Its safe to say that the people keeping this guy with his wife and kids are the only thing that is keeping him for completely ruining his life. The moment his parents are gone sorry to say this. He will abandon his wife and kids and go for another crack whore. Nick strikes me as a guy who always thinks about himself first. He is too old didn’t get to screw around and screw up his life when
He was younger so he will do it when he is older.

Mark my words it will always end in divorce regardless his kids will
Hate him his family will never be stable.
My prediction:

I think that if he gets a plea agreement that permits him to see April, he's gonna divorce Kayla soon and shack up with April.

That might actually be all that's been keeping the marriage alive at this point: The uncertainty of whether he can keep his side ho.

If he can't see her, the chances of a divorce probably diminish, but it's still non-zero.
If Nick was smart and cared about his marriage (lmao), April would've been out of his house when Aaron left...back in the month of April (lmao). He should've accepted April was going to be able to torch him and recognize that the wages for his stupidass decisions was a side-ho who could sink him, and yet it'd be just the tip of the iceberg of things he fucking deserves.

If Kayla was smart (lmao), she'd be looking really fucking hard at Nick's obvious interest in abandoning her and their marriage (and by extension his children) for his Minnesota 4 and trying to find any way to drag Nick's husk and curbstomp him into the fucking ground through the divorce process. If your current husband is presented a choice between A) you and your five children, and B) his side piece, and it's an actual difficult decision to pick A (where it seems like Nick wants to be a selfish piece of shit), and not the most obvious and simple decision for anyone who isn't a fucking retard, you need to get him the fuck out. Your relationship will not get better, it's going to get substantially fucking worse. You cut the rot off at the source, you don't try to keep it around. I'm hoping for a 2025 divorce arc.

If Nick's parents were smart (lmao), they'd be looking to find a way to get any trust fund disbursements to the five grandchildren, who are completely innocent and don't deserve any of this bullshit, and completely skip Nick. He's already wanting to get rid of Kayla, and if he wants to do that so he can have April, that's "fine" (but fucking stupid), but he should get nothing. The fact he's been subsidized for his entire adult life is the reason he is the way he is, and if wants to be truly free of the influence of his parents, he should realize exactly what that looks like: no more handouts from his trust, no wife in his house, no children. Him sneaking around Kayla's back to keep seeing April means he does not want the option of "trad life" Aaron mentioned before he was given the option to pick between, he "wants what he wants". And that means kicking him out of the family his stupid ass was responsible for bringing into existence. If they haven't gotten an encyclopedic knowledge of the different ways to kick April out of their goddamned lives because she destroys everything she touches, they're too stupid to control the amount of money they do.

Maybe Nick can't have a "rock bottom" because he has so many safety nets in place, but if Nick wants to "want what he wants", then I think the best thing his parents can do is completely remove his safety nets and let him crash and burn into a goddamned tree. I just hope he takes April out with him, if she doesn't see what a massive fucking loser he is and drag his name around in the dirt like she should have months ago.

Every fucking time I think I hate Nick enough, I remember that I do not, in fact, hate Nick enough.

Bob and Celeste are safely back in FL enjoying "happy hour" tennis. I didn't know that was a thing.

they aren’t interesting and that post isn’t funny at all, it’s not informative of anything, it adds nothing, and it is nothing but stalker child bland life update about people on the extreme periphery who aren’t very relevant.

Want to give me an update when his dog takes a shit? How about some cousins getting married too? Maybe he has an uncle who went golfing today!!
King of informative posts talking here.

It's about what they aren't doing that's important, namely: helping their grandkids, wrangling Nick, taking responsibility, actually doing something. A lack of action with regards to their own kin makes them culpable to any further fuckery that will go on, especially with the inevitable divorce.

Yeah, it's pointless information that has nothing to do with anything and I may as well be hearing what she had for dinner last night.

But I'd still take that over someone shitting up the thread by posting "who cares".

Most is spot on but I disagree with the wrangling Nick bit. He's an adult (supposedly) and can wrangle himself. Active parenting has an expiration date unless your kid is disabled.

The only interesting thing about it is that it's another data point showing that Celeste is incapable of smiling without looking like a lunatic.

Who cares
I'll take your question in good faith.
  • It means the Eagle Lake house is vacant for any number of players in this drama, particularly April due to the second home with an 'offer pending'.
  • Bob testified at the CHIPS hearing and plays a significant role in Nick's legal and financial issues both of which are hot topics. He's not with Nick.
  • It vaguely points to generational alcoholism (Celeste likes to party), a topic that is often discussed ITT.
  • It further reinforces that the Sletta/Woltjers are the people most involved in the Rekieta kids' lives vs Bob & Celeste
Also, Balldo's gone dark. There's not a lot of news.

I'd argue a drug addicted alcoholic falls under an incapable person, especially because he's in total denial, but that's a matter of opinion really. I'm mostly angry that they let the farce go on with regards to the harming of their own grandchildren, though if I were to guess, I would think they themselves are narcissistic boomers who actually don't give a shit.
They don’t have to do any of that, Nick is a 40 year old man, why would his parents take responsibility, people turn out to be pieces of shit all the time even with amazing parents and we don’t really have any proof they were too permissive or shitty, that’s. kiwi farms headcanon
He's still on the family dole, and that dole likely continues despite his public drug addiction and neglect of his children. If they cut him off and left him to die in a gutter, that would be fine, as he's an adult. I'm more concerned about the kids, who deserve that money infinitely more than Nick.

Also kiwifarms headcanon.
Balldo has never been capable of keeping a secret. If he was off, I am certain we would know already. 90% of everything up until the cokestream we knew only because he went out of his way to inform people or otherwise drop clues or hints.
