It's unenforceable and ridiculous as a practical matter. We all know that your average serious drug dealer is probably hanging out with other felons despite what any plea agreement says. It simply gives the State leverage if the person commits any future crimes.

Where it's sticky - very sticky - in Rekieta's case is that CPS is monitoring him and he's probably headed for divorce and a custody dispute. Because it's assumed that if two individuals subjected to such an order are meeting together, then they are plotting or committing criminal activity. This happens all the time with street gang members who are sometimes banned by court order from associating with each other.

Got any examples of this retarded behavior Nick displayed before 2022? He's always been lazy, spiteful, perverse, and narcissistic, but I can't think of anything that matches the legitimate "I can't read social cues" shit he's done on the regular since 2022 or so. I don't count shit like him whining that Vic wouldn't go on his stream (to me it sounded like he was upset he couldn't make yet more money off him) or the relationship stories he'd tell with Drexel (exaggerated bullshit).

Best example I can recall is the "Cuck Commander" saga, something that has added piquance given more recent events. He got his merch (Ron Toye derived IIRC) nuked by the Duck Commander lawyers and saddled up his righteous outrage high horse ridiculing those lawyers and declaring that their position was nonsense and he would inevitably win a glorious victory. It was the full Rackets performance going through just how right he was and retarded the opposition was with the outrage turned up to 11.
