Yoshi’s Island, sure. Yoshi’s Story was painfully unambitious and extremely short with virtually no replay value.i thought people liked that game
Nintendo's choice of cartridges over CDs provided disadvantages that developers/publishers had to attest if they wanted an N64 title. Limited space inside meant omitted content, specialized cartridges meant longer manufacturing costs. I'm sure Nintendo was also strict on what content could be allowed on their console then.I'm not sure why, but Nintendo just didn't allow much to make it into the N64.
I agree. Unfortunately, The Great Recession was absolutely brutal on developers and publishers that wanted to take a chance on a new idea but wanted assets in 720p or 1080p. 2006 through 2010 was definitely the silver era of gaming, though. Microsoft stepped on their own dicks with Kinect. Soyny, rattled by their performance in the early days of the PS3, definitely had a stronger finish. For whatever reason I never had a PS3, but I'm always amazed by the games that came out in that generation that you never hear about. I think that was a better time, less hits but more variety.
She sure did in Witcher 3, which is where the problem stems. On it's own I'd discount it; she's not even particularly ugly. But then you compare her to Witcher 3 Ciri and you see they altered the lower part of her face in a noticeable manner.Agreed, Ciri's living a pretty rough life. Doubt she has time to put a pound of cosmetics on every morning.
The 'right' were anti-game but it was the left that actually pushed to get it censored. Clowns like that one guy people loved to rally around and scream "FUCK YOU DAD" were just distractions. It's moreso that prior generations of game devs were introverts that aligned with libertarianism. They weren't explicitely right-wing, and the right was anti-video game for a while so it allowed leftists to feel welcome (at least once it wasn't so male dominated).
You're misremembering. She absolutely did not have that foundation-encrusted, glowing, Kardashian-style, poreless, ultra-contoured look that you see in the fan edit. Looks like they changed her face shape, but she didn't look like a Sephora ad before. Looked kind of like Kristen Stewart with raccoon eyeliner and a little blush. Gotta glow if you're going to battle. She sure did in Witcher 3, which is where the problem stems.
Oh the fan edit is garbage, but if you compare Witcher 3 Ciri to Witcher 4 Ciri you can see they changed the fuck out of her lower face. Probably another Horizon thing where they want to make her look 'strong'.You're misremembering. I remember seeing some edit of some fighting game where there was a fan edit of some black character, I think the game was either street fighter or tekken (the 3d modeled ones, not the 2d shit)Oh the fan edit is garbage, but if you compare Witcher 3 Ciri to Witcher 4 Ciri you can see they changed the fuck out of her lower face. Probably another Horizon thing where they want to make her look 'strong'.
There is so much untapped horny loser SRPG money on the table in a post-3 Houses, and especially post-Engage, world. Not saying Unicorn Overlord would be the big hit, but there's an incredibly obvious amount of Fire Emblem in it, and Atlus is probably curious to try considering how much of the direct legwork they're willing to take on. Too bad the director of UO doesn't get a followup to his decently-successful directorial debut, which he made in the first place because he wants there to be more SRPGS since fucking noone else is making them. Nu-XCOM died an entirely pointless and preventable death, the people involved with FE live in bizarro world, and Square Enix likes drinking the stuff under the sink too much. Incredible waste of opportunity and the genre as a whole suffers because whoever holds the sticky stinky japanese soybeans has to be a stupid faggot.Vanillaware has nothing to show for that can be considered a "big hit" to keep them financially alive in the long run.
FIFY (this is also my tax, fuck the vast majority of game devs new and old).(Most) Game developerswho have zero respect for PC gamingshould not be given respect in any form whatsoever.
That mobile game Heroes proves that in spades, people are lovin' the artwork for the attractive (99% of) women. Even some of the male characters, from what I hear people are scrambling for them even if they suck gameplay wise (I think it suffers from the Yu-Gi-Oh effect where effects are a novel's length). Putting that in a mainline FE game will be like Awakening all over again. There is so much untapped horny loser SRPG money on the table in a post-3 Houses, and especially post-Engage, world.
Wat? No seriously what the fuck are you talking about? NTR? What does Rance, a game I'm sure barely anyone knew before the memes and hentai animation spread, a game that was (probably) not even a blip on the popular of FE1, a game that was barely even a year apart release wise, have to do with Fire EmblemFire Emblem has been for horny losers since day 1 except it was for horny losers who play Rance and are tripping over themselves to tell you how epic NTR is.
Wish I could get that experience, feels like a ghost town for some good engagement in online games.Corny comic, I know but:

that is why I despise joining clans, guilds or adding "friends" for multiplayer titles.
Probably another Horizon thing where they want to make her look 'strong'.
Hurts the soul reading that.Dust 514
