Chicago is the only major city in the entire state, so it's not a mystery why the shooter would go there: To assassinate Nick Fuentes after murdering an entirely separate family. It's the only logical conclusion.

I will say this - if you were on the run for murder and decided you would rather die than go to prison, you might consider murdering someone like Fuentes if only because it would be funny.
 
Why the fuck does Nick still live in Chicago, a place that's literally known for crime, it's like he intentionally wants to be there to frame any crime in his area as an attempt on his life now because of the Trump assassination attempts we had earlier this year that gave Trump aura to his supporters

That's what confuses me, he legit should have known Chicago would be the worst place to be especially if you are widely known on the internet and even after the female approaching his house he still seemed to want to stay there but now it seems after this attempt he wants to relocate and move somewhere else, he should have done that long ago

Nick lives in Chicago because he is a proud urbanite. He has gone on long winded rants about the uneducated ignorant country folk. He sees living outside a city as being beneath him.

The fact that neither he nor his house is specifically mentioned in any police report is a pretty solid indication that he's lying. If what he said is true, the police would be looking at completely different motivations, targets, and connections.

He's just banking (literally with his attempt to get money) on people being too dumb to look at the actual incident, and his story getting enough momentum to get him cash/clout before the truth is revealed. That's how the internet works these days, and he's guiding the gullible.
 
I think the best thing would be to wait for an incident report and bodycam footage to be released/FOIA’d. Right now it’s vague and could go either way.
