Per a source Aaron trusts, kinda, because Nick just randomly DM'd this nobody on X (although at other points Aaron says this person spoke to Nick). I will refer to this source as DEEP THROAT:
  • Per DEEP THROAT, Seems like a guilty plea. Don't have info on which counts may be on or off the table.
  • 2-3 years, no drugs or booze. DEEP THROAT's (and Aaron's) assumption is Nick will fail this.
  • Nick's sweet offer to the state was he'd transform his popular youtube channel in exchange for becoming an anti-drugs channel... in exchange for forgoing a 2 year ban on booze during his probation.
  • He would also go to schools to promote no drugs and counsel about not taking drugs.
  • Nick thought the plea hearings were horse trading, rather than standard practice. (Take it or leave it.)
  • Nick claims he doesn't have a problem with booze, but he was doing anything to avoid that booze prohibition. Nick was looking for the Magic Bullet to get him out of everything, like earlier in the process and everything else in his life.
  • Nick's last grasp at straws was trying to save his drinking lifestyle.
  • The state nixed that idea.
  • Aaron finds it plausible because it's too retarded for someone to make up.
  • Ape has had the power, Nick is a broken man. She didn't realize it.
  • Powers that be basically told Nick it's either Ape, or everything else in his life- the good Christian life. I assume Aaron means his parents. The tard wrangling by Mama Rackets confirmed?
  • Nick DENIED April. IN spite of his chats and calls with Melton.
  • Nick sounds like a broken-hearted teenager. This isn't what Nick wants to do, but he wasn't given a choice.
  • When Aaron asked DEEP THROAT about if Nick wants April, the response was, "Nick wants whatever he wants."
  • April turns 30 on the 20th of this month.
  • Per this source, during Nick's original negotiations with Rumble, he straight-faced told them to put him on their board of directors, because he had some good ideas for the platform.
