It’s true that he could fuck it up between now and the plea hearing, but I think that since sentencing is usually a separate event from a plea for felonies in MN, he potentially has even MORE time than that to piss off the judge.

Isn’t it also possible he could plead not guilty at a plea hearing, and then go to trial? More details are needed for what Nick will plead.
