People did. I've been reading posts from this time of year in 2022 and while a few people were still coping, most were talking openly about both his drinking problem and his degeneracy by then, as well as predicting that continued drug use would bring him undone. At that point, people were still mostly blaming Kayla but the damage to Nick's image was already done.
 
I do hope that K was able to attend, and did not suffer psychic damage from making eye contact with Tall Dark Energy Rekieta.

I think the majority of the forum turned even before that. The whole reason Nick did the "Dear John" thing in the first place was because he was reading his thread and seething (Hi Nick!). He was also starting to get trolls showing up in his chat and at that time he had never encountered that breed of troll on the receiving end. The worst he had to swat away were weird leftists over the whole anime shit show and those people are really easy to make fun of.

I stopped watching Nick while Weeb Wars was still happening. Drexel's frequent appearances made pretty clear that Nick was a degenerate (I think Drexel even said that Nick wasn't who people thought he was) and the masturbatory streams with Ty were tiresome.

I didn't even go back for the Rittenhouse and Depp trials, which was when his ego really exploded. I was happy to learn he was being trolled, tbh.

It was a perfect example of how worthless and subhuman and out of touch with reality Balldo is.

He intended it as making an example of someone who had entrusted something to him in confidence, thus betraying the confidence, and trying to humiliate that person with something given in confidence.

First, this basically was an admission that he is absolutely garbage as a lawyer. Who would hire a lawyer who would betray a confidence just over a grudge? So he started out by ruining anything resembling a reputation as a lawyer right out of the gate. Good jerb Balldo. Nobody would ever hire a fake lawyer who would do that.

Then he sadistically, but pathetically, taunted that dude about stuff he'd already gotten over. So he was gloating and taunting like an anime villain, but his actual "victim" didn't care any more. It was his intent that made this pathetic and disgusting, because he utterly failed at actually harming his intended victim.

And finally, and most hilariously, he did all this as some kind of "monkey on a stick" strategy of trying to threaten the Farms, like "look what I did to this guy, by betraying his confidence like a backstabbing cowardly traitor, I'll do that to you, too."

Except nobody cared. Bring it bitch you pathetic fucking faggot. You can't do SHIT to us. You fucking loser. We OWN you.

He made himself look like a garbage subhuman and his only win was he won our eternal enmity.
