I agree with Greer, no harm was done and this filing should count as being on time. Because that would make my own prediction 100% correct, that he would file something but it wouldn't have the necessary contact info.

Yeah, the last year really looks like a dedicated "punish you with process until you settle" strategy from Russ. He hopes Josh sees bills, a cash payout, and disclosure of his finances, and just capitulates out of stress. That's because of what happened last time it was dismissed. It got bounced right back. It's possible, but I would be amazed if anyone is willing to swoop in this time to bump this up to appellate court again. That ship has sailed.
I think the court is just about finished with Mr. Greer at this point. He's got absolutely nothing except a couple of family members to call in to prove his case, zero documents and does not care what the court orders. At this point, a dismissal is air tight for the judge, beyond the shadow of a doubt. It should have happened years ago, but it's on the horizon now.
He can get all the extra time he wants, he's got nothing.

I agree with this sentiment and with a few posts surrounding it. The circumstances are different. Winds of change are blowing. It's like the last 4 years have put the country on ice and everything functioned under Retard Rules, and we're starting to switch back to normal rules.

I'm heavily optimistic, I admit, but I think the tide is about to wash Greer out to sea.

It's gonna be funny as hell when Russ requested a debtors exam but it's going to be he who suffers the debtors exam when the court needs to figure out how much he's going to have to pay Null/Hardin a month from his brothel profits.
