Unless I'm misinterpreting what your saying, I disagree. I think as long as human beings implore their senses to do more than just their basic functions and apply abstract definitions to what their senses pick up, then philosophy will always have a utility. Even if those definitions are nothing more than just how we linguistically dissect elements within the scope of our limited perception as just a cynical survival mechanism, teaching the ability to understand the underlining "why" properties of that abstract toolset i think is important to avoid people forgetting the importance and utility of seemingly mundane components of the human experience and not just rely on consensuses.

I'm not comfortable looking at it to verify this, but Shadman could probably argue at least a good portion of his shit fails to meet the "whether the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value." part of the criteria. It's still 100% considered child pornography under federal law in the United States (assuming again, it's considered obscene) with the only difference being that it's technically not illegal to just possess it assuming you're not planning on distributing it or having/have had it distributed to you. I assume this is the case because technically there's no child exploitation that occurred to necessitate its existence.
TLDR, Europeans are perverted and gross and the legal system in the US has on paper it's illegal but the internet and the subjectivity of how one interprets something that is virtually made is why retards are able to get away with it.
What's interesting is that the "erudite misrepresents her credentials" thing was actually originally pointed out by parts of Destiny's fanbase. That changed after Sunday became the main figurehead of making that point and sort of tarnished it's credibility to Destiny's (and by extension, the Skinwalker's) audience by being so heavily associated with it. It's ironic, since he made the same observation about Mrgirl with his presentation and conduct being so heavily associated with the critique's he made about Tiny in his article, diminishing it's impact regardless of its legitimacy.
Whether or not Sunday is a snake is dependent upon if he has the tism. His willingness to burn bridges with people with more clout than him over such minor infractions and in such an unhinged manner means it's possible that he is at the very least principled enough for me to not consider him a snake. Unless it's literally just autism and he can't help it, which is probably more likely.
