Not really. One has to put their degeneracy on display. If Chibi was openly talking about minors being hot and that he would do it if not for those damn laws, he would be a horrorcow. Or if he claimed to have sex with minors without too much of a push. Again, Alex is closer to be called one thanks to his game and "sex license" bullshit.

I still don't know that this would be enough to qualify him, unless he was doing it to the extent someone like Mr Girl or Vito does. I'm not defending the behaviour, I'd just need more of a pattern to commit to it.

Currently, Adam is definitely a creep, but I don't think he's done anything egregious enough to cross over into horrorcow territory, and I hope it stays that way.

This wasn't as egregious as I was expecting though as he was 18 at the time and I feel like claiming he was bragging is a gross exaggeration. He clearly states he knows it's bad, although it being Adam it's entirely possibly this was one of the earliest examples of him doing his self-deprecation to avoid responsibility shit.

There's a difference between an 18 year old bragging how his latest conquest was only 16 and a 30 year old saying the same thing. In a lot of jurisdictions a difference of only two years isn't even a misdemeanor. And back in the 80's and earlier this was even accepted.

Looking at this through the lens of pop culture today yes, it's scummy but then this is Chibi we're talking about and he's a pervert and a sex pest anyway.

I'd consider leeway were it not for the fact he specifically stated the pussy was underage, which makes no sense in a roleplay context because Joker is also underage.

Specifically highlighting the character being a minor suggests that was a big part of the appeal for him --and I will re-iterate for the umpteenth time Adam is a creep, regardless of any legal definitions-- but as far as I'm aware it's not against the law to be a creepy dude ERP'ing as a minor in your 30s, otherwise we could lock up the entire ABDL community (now there are some horrorcows).

He has to be refering to Googley eyes. And I don't know how else to take that comment other than "she needs a caretaker" because she's literally retarded. Also theres a bit of bitterness to "I had to watch someone." I think googley eyes may have been a handful to deal with for Chibis latest Japan trip. My only surprise is the lack of pictures of him cosplaying while in Japan which leads me to believe he was mocked or denied entry to more than one place.

I mean Googly is pretty horrific dressed up as... is it Princess Peach? I mean she looks literally special needs there. She's some sped you allowed to wear this when she went out because otherwise she'd have a meltdown. But you know that Chibi was all up for wearing his Miles Edgeworth cosplay when he was there. And I don't remember seeing any pictures of him in that getup over there.

He's bitter because he is losing the oppression Olympics to her. He is the one who has to take care or her and help her navigate the bustling streets of glorious Nippon when he'd much rather be the one getting coddled by a Japanese giantess waifu.

If true, quite heartless. We can't be sure (this is all based on a second-hand interpretation of his tone on stream) but it also tracks with his personality so entirely plausible.
