I don't know, the general idea of him seems closer to what he actually turned out to be (assuming this is not just bullshit). It's not really a surprise he turned out to be a fan of Uncle Ted either.

If by "MK Ultra" you mean all the paperwork and up and down running you have to do to get any decent medical attention that actually solves anything, yeah. It's pretty much the same thing at the end.
 
Why the fuck was he eating at a McDonalds during his own manhunt and wearing the same similar (archive) clothes in a public place when his face was out there? If he was a fan of Ted you'd think he'd be off to a cabin somewhere at least.
