I don't get the retard niggercattle fascination with "Jewish" surnames. When surnames became a thing, most people just picked their professions, something they like or used the name of the mountain ranges/creeks/plateaus and so on they lived in.
How are Jews unique? They're not. Some Jews picked a nearby mountain (Rosenburg > Mount Rosen), some picked their profession (Feinberg/Feinstein > dealing with rocks). Like, so what?
This holds true even with the Jews in China for fuck's sake who adopted surnames that were closely related to their professions.

You just cannot manage such a massive city without some form of nasty, CPC styled mass surveillance apparatus.
Dumps aside (lol New Delhi), I don't think there's any functional megacities in the world without heavy encroachments on individual liberty. From Tokyo to Shanghai, to Sydney to NYC, it's similar, with limited freedom. Don't like it, move to a smaller city or a nice countryside town.
 
Why are we discussing his heritage so indepth. He's from new York, there are only 3 or 4 options, Jewish Italian Central European or Irish. He clearly doesn't look like a pole or an Irish person so it's probably Italian or Jewish. I think Italian cause he looks like a berber, like someone from Italy or spain. I don't get how you have a long ass post on the right to repair, internet culture and media portrayal only to finish it on the subject of trannies of all fucking things. Over a year since I replied to this thread and no surprises here.

I wrote some screeds some of you might be interested in digging up about how his narrative about moving to Austin never made much sense, and lo, here’s the other shoe dropping and he doesn’t really have it all together because he doesn’t know what the fuck he’s doing. He took a big paycheque, ran away from New York, and now things aren’t working out and we’re supposed to believe it’s all the fault of some Reddit trannies even though he’s the one baiting them in. Give me a break.

Louis, if you want to unfuck your life, besides stopping doing whatever stupid shit you’re up to right now, go back to New York and own the place. It’s in your blood and God knows it takes guys like you to be nasty and hardy enough to thrive in that place and make it into what it was back when, and I mean that in the best of ways. Sincerely man, get a grip.

I love vinyl and procure rare ones, but I understand his point. Digital used to have compression issues, but now it's often cleaner and the industry does all its editing digitally nowadays. Vinyl people are also really douchey. I mainly buy vinyls because the music I want to physically own is only available in vinyl.

If you recommend someone to remain in these conditions, I will be forced to come to the conclusion that you are patently insane or a hopelessly naive idealist. Louis' business is probably doing fine, he's just a super mega autist who has high expectations for himself, and feels bad that he hasn't actually achieved much in the realm of right to repair. But it's not his fault. If he were able to change people's minds so easily, then he would have to find a new job because niggercattle wouldn't buy apple products.
