And remember - this is a guy who, phrased very conservatively, came from a solid economic background, had two parents in the home, and went to a decent high school. He had every advantage but couldn't make the cut anywhere, either for college or for law school. He didn't have to work during school or even pay his own way. He has nerve thinking he's a "smarter-than-you" guy.

Too bad lying isn't an NCAA sport, then Nick could get into UT Austin and be like Texas Longhorns star Vince Young, literally the dumbest NFL quarterback in history who peaked in college, flopped in the NFL, went bankrupt, and got fired from a DEI job at UT Austin whilst racking up many DUI arrests. Is he just worried that it'd look bad for his case, or is he afraid that people will learn they did more than just talk to the kids about sex?

I'm convinced Nick's freak-out and parsing about April's tweet is related to BOTH cases. Keep in mind that Kristen Pierce is the ADA for both.

- I think it's related to his CPS case (he's still being monitored, for sure) because he was also very concerned with Keanu's public revelation about April in the second home. They have likely created a paper trail that April's presence is problematic.

- I think it's related to the criminal case due to the possible no-contact order that this thread has discussed at length. Nick may be trying to carve April out of said no-contact in the plea agreement. His efforts to do so is compromised by her tweet saying that she's discussed sex stuff with the kids. It's not a coincidence that she protected her X account right after the mysterious delay in the guilty plea.

IANAL but my understanding is that plea agreements can be fairly flexible. This is all pure speculation.
