The only part of the Constitution that can be suspended is the writ of habeas corpus, which even then is meant as an early logistics necessity for domestic POWs. The only speech-related things that can be suspended would be telling troop movements, or advocating for the other side (propaganda), of which both are technically in legal grey areas since the 70s-90s have basically nullified or muddied earlier rulings.

In short, no, the Constitution can not be suspended. Every SCOTUS has effectively said the same thing, there can be limitations on liberties for national security, but not suspension. It's not like a retarded Europoor country which can pretend legal documents aren't real for convenience (and they wonder why Americans have a completely different system).

Of course I don't think it is even a good idea to have the constitution be I g suspended in times of crisis like that simply cause it can create a bad precedent

Well, the Democratic Party is completely undemocratic. One could argue they have a trauma from 1968, but they don't choose their candidates through the will of the people—they choose their favorite one.

It's clear that they don't have a candidate. I believe Obama was vetting Mark Kelly, but the guy looks like a fucking ghoul and would've been a hard sell. They literally have nobody. If Hillary wanted Kamala, it's because she knew she wouldn't be the only woman to lose against Donald Trump.
 
I can't find an article talking about Trump's sexual assault case on jean carrol going through adjudication through appeal and i can't find single article that talks about it. I guess the medias waiting until results happen and Trump doesn't have to pay a dime for an incident that never happened.

The 10-year pardon has me thinking back to when Trump called Zelenksyy and asked him to do the needful. Then cue impeachment hearing that derailed all that.

Does Zelenskyy have information to bring to the table for peace negotiations (to get a better deal on the Ukraine behalf) that would be handed over to Trump?

Only if his father is on trial. The crimes suggested were committed when Biden was Vice President. The vice president hs no presidential immunity.

Now that Hunter has immunity he is compelled to tell the truth, otherwise his immunity can be revoked.

If Trumps team really wanted to fuck shit up, prosecute Joe.
