I can only imagine how confused someone unfamiliar with Tumblr would be if they were to search the mlm selfie tag assuming to find selfies of... you know, actual gay men.
 
I just checked the MlM tag again to see if the ratio gets better at certain times of the day.

This person doesn't think it's inherently a fetish to write about gay dudes when you're a straight woman. However, the following one is funny because it's reflective of a great social justice writing trend where you are suppose to strike this balance when writing a minority character that no human is ever going to achieve because it's just base don their whims.

Apparently you just have to have enough PG stuff mixed in to morally justify your porn. Also only gay men can write kinks into stories, but if you're a lady writing your kinks into your story you're a sexual deviant with a fetish for gay because we can read minds.

I just love this so much because it is implying you should put up a fake front of social justice to give weight to the idea that your writing is progressive. They just want to see better lairs.

"I'm not like other girls" combined with not wanting to be ~cis and straight~ and therefore an oppressor in the Oppression Olympics™. Yes, the term is a contradiction, but when everyone's the same "femme-presenting" special snowflake gender with "he/they" pronouns, I guess it counts as attraction to the same gender.

Don't forget, it's toxic to be heterosexual on Tumblr, but if you decide you're a man, you're suddenly gay! Yay for you!

Honestly this all goes hand and hand with 'die truscum' which is their cutesy passive aggressive term for a person who believes you're not a true tran without some measure of gender dysphoria (aka: if you don't think choosing your gender at whim is fine, you're scum)
