People don't want to deal with the fact that James is pathetic. That's literally the point. You play through the game only to discover that the good guy is the bad guy, and he's just genuinely a whiny, pathetic manchild. He's humanized, sure. Knowing why the things happen gives clarity, but not absolution. And that's why the ending that happens happens, because he's finally like, "Oh fuckass, I AM a total piece of shit. Huh." And none of the endings are happy. James either learns his lesson and kills himself, or learns nothing and just fucks off to escape blame.
Even Leave is a bad ending because,
1.) Even though Silent Hill thought he learned his lesson, People in the real world are gonna wonder what happened to that sick guy's wife that was literally there in the hospital bed till he showed up. In my head, the leave ending ends with them walking out of Silent Hill and the fog suddenly lights up with red and blue lights as the cops are waiting on the outskirts of the town.
2.) Oh hey dude, you got paperwork for that little girl? No? What's her last name? You just uh.....You just show up here with some random little girl, huh? KNOCK KNOCK
It's crazy to me because I first played the game when I was way too young to play it, and came away thinking, "Wow, what a fuckin' piece of shit that guy was."

Underrated point. Even if you keep your kid out of public schools, even if you don't have Netflix, even if you go to a based church and choose friends and associates carefully- what's it doing to your kid just having to see fucked up fetishists walking around whenever they leave the house? And that's becoming an issue even if you live in a "safe red state." Not everyone can live in a bunker in the middle of a mountainside, and even those who do sometimes need to go in to town to restock.

This happened to us. My kids don't have smartphones, or any unsupervised Internet. There are three troons working at the grocery where

hi everyone!! i am 18 and looking to change my name to erin mae. however i work a minimum wage job and with this being my senior year of high school i cant get another one (or else i would) due to grades and other commitments. i was wondering how youve fundraised for similar things? or if you have any ideas !! the total cost in michigan is around $310-320.

so far i’ve thought of:
  • go fund me
  • writing for people
  • commissions
  • selling clothes on depop or ebay
  • begging people for money until they give it to me
anything helps!!! i’m hesitant to make a go fund me for obvious reasons but i’m not opposed to it. please let me know if h have any ideas 💓💓
