Is HE kicking the can down the road? That's the only thing weird. Why would the judge schedule a second Settlement Conference?
Maybe they actually do hate his guts so much that their plea offer was "fuck off suck my dick plead guilty to everything that's your offer you moron."

David had God on his side.

Nick has Satan Juju. In case you haven't noticed, Juju's minions aren't doing so hot with their various criminal matters.
Nick put that cursed medalion on and now look what's happening. The world is crumbling, the Baldo has collapsed and we're looking at the impending birth of the Anti-Chris(t)

Sonichu! Never! not even Once!

Yeah well she should ignore the Balldoparents and just consult a real lawyer who will tell her she can fuck Nick UP THE ASS to levels they can do nothing about. She will get the house, Nick will have to sell the Rustang, Nick will be absolutely ruined. There is no level of wealth that tard family has that will survive the absolute devastation that would really happen to Nick in a contested divorce.

He would be jealous of Lowtax where he would end up. It's only because he's an abusive, gaslighting asshole that he's been able to fool anyone in his life into thinking he can ultimately do anything to them. He's a joke. They need him in their rear view mirror, then he can go live in a basement apartment with his pathetic Joker paintings behind him as he livestreams his suicide.
Please stop, I can only get so hard!

But seriously, I'm praying Kayla finally nuts up to save the kids.

The Skeleton King doesn't want anyone to take Magi-chan from him.

Plus, it's not like the Rekieta family has a good track record with lawyers. A sample size of Ty Beard and their cuckold, coke addicted, balldo loving, son doesn't stand up too well.

I totally agree with you. But my point isn't so much about him "gloating" over others' incorrect predictions. It's about him "gloating" over "Today is a good day."

I imagine that during the hearing, he interpreted some things the State said as positive for his case. However, I think he interpreted them completely wrong.

The most probable point that I think would make him happy, and that he would misinterpret, is the State saying something like: "we have no intentions of bringing further charges."

But, as I said, it's totally speculative. I have no evidence to support this theory.

Maybe. But where's the fun in not speculating? Sometimes Balldo gives us clues through his actions. So overanalyzing things can be fun sometimes. At least for me...
Post Frank's hearing stream. He was smug as fuck, pretending he knew secrets and had out maneuvered everyone.

It's why I don't take anything he says seriously. I think the most likely is they suggested to the prosecutor they combine and settle together. I caution people though, Minnesota is soft on drugs. So people waiting for Nick being ass raped are likely to be disappointed.

Over 100 pages to catch up and I get a fucking cliffhanger, with a shitty "tee-hee" last-minute filing?!

Balldo, you brilliant bastard.

🥃:really:

Edit: "brilliant" is too strong a word for Balldoman.

Jesus Christ that's dark. Hey nick, wanna guess what I did to this little fucker and his brother that I found living underneath my air conditioner? I played loud music for a day and they fucked off to god knows where. You don't have to torture small woodland creatures to get them off your property.
There are rare times when you need to mag dump a shotgun into a nest of them. Usually in the country around chickens, as they are the #1 predator of chickens in NA.

They are also the #1 carrier of rabies in the U.S., so an unfamiliar one present during the day, acting strange and not avoiding humans/ or running towards loud noises is KOS. Rabies has a 100% fatality rate unless you happen to have $20k< to treat it early(you have days maybe), and a doctor willing to prescribe the antidote. It's no joke, and a raccoon being in the same house is why they killed PNut.

Given the risk of contracting rabies, following them into a dark garage where they are hiding during the day to kill them is really retarded. Mag dump with birdshot if you are paranoid, but never EVER. put yourself in biting distance from a wild raccoon if you can avoid it.

I can confirm soft on drug crime.... Hard on fathers whom don't do drugs... Very soft on druggie moms.. I hate this state..

What Have We Learned?
  • Nick was prepared to plead guilty
  • Kayla's fam called Aaron a few days ago (it's clear atp, he's streamed 2x since)
  • April was hugging Nick, sniffing in bathrooms, and desperately whispering to the marital couple while looking like the whore she is
  • Kayla's a nervous mess
  • The American legal system is inefficient and annoying
Did I miss anything?

Kayla's attorney took a ridiculous potshot at Aaron in their motion to void the warrant. Falsely claiming that Aaron was most likely responsible for swatting Nick.

And by Kayla's attorney, I mean Nick, of course.

Sorry guys this is all I have for you. No court hearing happened at all. I did get some interactions though that I autisticly recorded so here's something

OK, just picturing the sheer awkwardness of this one-on-one silent wait with the streetwalker was too funny not to immortalize somehow:

So have a meme, TikiChad, you've earned it:

DISCLAIMER: The above is AI-generated satire not to be taken as a statement of fact, which should have been obvious as everyone knows April is nowhere near that pretty.

He thinks benzoylecgonine metabolises outside of the human body.

Yeah, it's benzoylecgonine. You can just search for that word and my username. The receipts are there.
He actually thinks this metabolite which excretes through urination metabolises outside of the human body. He read 45 abstracts of papers he couldn't understand.
I'd exercise a modicum of caution.

Its true that benzoylecgonine is a product of human carboxylesterases and is excreted via urine, but ester hydrolysis happens spontaneously all the time, its just EXTREMELY slow in dry powders. In the presence of an alkaline aqueous solution, ester compounds hydrolyze like no ones business.

If we were talking about a CYP-mediated metabolite (N-demethylation for instance) or a conjugate (such as a glucuronide or sulfate formation), then I'd 100% agree, those metabolites will not form spontaneously under virtually any conditions (unless those conditions are inside a chemistry lab), but claiming that its impossible for benzoylecgonine to form anywhere outside the body is a tough claim to justify.

Don't get me wrong, I don't buy his story. While I'd happily argue that its possible that cocaine could spontaneously hydrolyze to form benzoylecgonine, I can't believe that a cop touching her hair with a cocaine contaminated glove could result in its formation. Was her hair soaked in lye at the time? We know from some of the initial paperwork that there were complaints that the kids were dirty and unwashed, so I couldn't even suggest that there was shampoo in her hair that could be alkaline.

Nick is the kind of retard to take a fragmentary incorrect detail and blow it up to unreasonable proportions, so I would advocate being precise with language. He's a lawyer by training, if not by active practice. Careless claims are fodder for him.

Nick knows as much about science as he does about law.

Why would anyone buy that the cop's hand was completely saturated with cocaine and then he touched the child's head? That so obviously did not happen. Like he was digging into the bag and pouring it on her head like snow. And what, he wants us to believe a tiny iota of cocaine on his hand that the cop touched the child with, just happened to get close to the scalp and in the exact location they sampled the hair from?
