I think he might be insinuating that the search warrant and raid was a swatting by Aaron.

But that's not what happened, and that's not what a swatting is.

Unfortunately that may be the Occam's Razor explanation when you take a moment and look at it through the lawyer's perspective instead of Nick's. We're talking about the proverbial 40-year-old boomer primarily practicing divorce law out of Montevideo, Minnesota, not some battle-scarred Sektur veteran extraordinaire. Why assume that she ever had any idea what "swatting" really means in the sense that Nick or we know it to mean?

Just as easily she could have been operating under the plausible, albeit unproven, theory that Aaron somehow colluded in private with some of Kayla's family and/or someone in the church to have them say things to the mandatory reporter that would set his obligations into motion and ultimately bring the warrant into existence while quietly keeping Aaron's role in the grand conspiracy several steps removed, which, if true, would fall under Kayla's lawyer's mistaken, boomered understanding of "swatting" to mean something so broad as "manipulating law enforcement into going to someone's house." Far be it from Nick to disabuse her of that misconception when her laboring under it suited his purposes.

I am sure going to be angry if we're all getting taken on a ruse and Niq decides to fight this. I will seethe with impotent Karen Farms rage.

So if I'm understanding this correctly, if he pleads guilty and takes a deal then they either have to lump in the cyber crimes/witness tampering into whatever deal he gets or else he can't be charged again because of double jeopardy?

I can't imagine he has the same plea offer as it was months ago with how much shit he's been kicking in the court's eyes. If they're pissed off enough to hunt down Ralph, I hope they throw the book at him hard.

That sure would show us.

I can't think of anything worse for our narrative than Nick pulling the rug out from under us and rejecting the plea deal at the last possible second.

I fully expect him to spin it as a win no matter what, there's just a point where you can do a victory lap even if he's sitting smugly in his cuck chair smuckling at how the Kiwi peasant farmers just don't get it
Yeah, Nick's said "the government is corrupt and set me up!" enough times for his retarded simps who still believe him (and profiteers like juju) to be primed to take him at his word

If that happen it's a W for Rekieta.
I mean he kinda staked his credibility on being able to prove the government obviously wronged him. Whereas if you were a ralph fan at that point you just wanted him to best the charges just to spite kf basically anyway

His simps can believe him there's about five of them

Clearly I'm not smart enough to figure out the 12d chess Nick is playing here.
Nigga this is checkers, this ain't chess!

It is remarkable that after months of filing retarded documents, arguing with the courts, accusing the state of conspiring against him, Nick finally decides to take the plea deal everyone said he should take, and he is STILL managing to sound like a SovCit doing it.

Still no accountability, it is still not his fault, he is forced to do this to be a good example for his sons.
Absolutely fucking felted.

then he has the shame of admitting thst he was wrong and he did all the shit everyone said and didn't have an argument for it

Au contraire. This is where the ultracope begins.

Nick's story is going to be that the government totally lied about him and his case (but we'll never get to hear the State's counterarguments to this accusation), and that they treated him uniquely unfairly (even though his lawyer couldn't even argue why Nick deserved a Franks hearing), and that the prosecution didn't even really have anything on him (but we'll never get to see the evidence in a trial to judge for ourselves), and that Nick was only forced to take a plea deal because the State illegally and unfairly put him in this impossible position.
And we'll just have to take his word for all of it.

He's gonna tell us that he took the deal in order to do what's best for his family—sparing his kids from having to be separated rom their drug-addicted dad, sparing them all the stress of worrying about the outcome, sparing them from having to go through a long, costly, difficult, embarrassing trial that the evil State was making it impossible for him to win anyway.
It hurts him deep in his soul to ever have to admit to any State authority that he did something wrong, even if he doesn't mean it, even if he just has to say the words in order to stay out of trouble—but really, he's just doing what's right for his wife and kids, about whom he cares so, so much. He's just looking out for them. They're all that he cares about. He's the hero here for doing that, actually. Taking all of those burdens onto his own skinny shoulders? That's what real men do. He's a god damned martyr.

Get ready to throw up in your mouths hearing this dishonest shit from him over the next many months.

Nick’s going to write a book called the ‘full story’ where he’s somehow the hero.

He took the drugs to SAVE THE KIDS from the state

We would totally be owned by this, sofa king hard. Imagine our humiliation. Kiwifags totally felted.
