Nick's new retarded filings in Kayla's case suggest he isn't going to take a deal yet. He may try to delay his own case until the judge denies the motion in Kayla's case.

This stuff has to be written by Nick. And shame on Kayla's attorney for apparently not representing Kayla's own legal interests at all.

I would expect the judge and prosecutor have run out of patience with this nonsense about the warrant and their reaction may be rather swift this time.

The tricky thing about that situation is that Kayla is her client and not Nick. Allowing Nick to write motion's in Kayla's case is at best really questionable behavior. If its happening, it should not be happening.

Nothing will come of it. You can say anything you want in a filing as long as it isn't lying to the court. They could call him a likely pedo and nothing would happen.

Fairly sure anything alleged in court can't be used as a basis for defamation. Probably was also used.

No legal consequences. The Judge can give sanctions if he thinks it crossed a line. It's something lawyers do a little in filings to try and sway something on a close call, but this isn't it.

It's just a retarded argument.

I am very surprised by how bad the filing actually is.

It 100% leans into the same "Aaron bad" narrative that Nick has been making up for the past months and goes hand in hand with the organized harassment and witness intimidation theme. Now we have lawyers accusing a state witness of swatting the Rekietas. Total brainrot achieved.

Because Nick has been a combative moron, who might have commited a handful of additional crimes in his crusade against Aaron, Kayla had a really good chance to plead out here and detach herself from the rolling Trainwreck that is Nick. Her lawyer going along with this bullshit is moronic.

It would appear that Nick is either not letting Kayla talk to her lawyer alone and her lawyer lets him lead the legal strategy, or she has been so Balldowashed that what she has had her lawyer file for her is indistinguishable from something Nick would write. I'm leaning towards the first possibility. It's disgusting to wreck whatever hope of a defense your wife has to take some shots against your gay ex-lover in a legal filing
