I am bad at these, but this made me laugh even when the ERT gunned me down

My options are either:
Move over knowing my personal desires arent going to be met without unresponsible financial decisions
Start learning C# And start working on/with a codebase for SS14 to fit my desires
Wait until Eris coders realize they can probably make the most batshit fucking insane shit with their concepts on a scaled up engine
Just accept nothing will reach my expectations and put effort into what I (and others) seem to enjoy.

Also im not entirely sure my customization desires could be met. I get the no ERP rule, as it should stay. But I'm a human. I get bored of similarities and every now and then i get bored and want to make some deranged creature to antagonize all the people who want to villainize said creatures.

Look, As valid as the "Not as much content" arguement is, I genuinely believe its not the best one to make. SS13 codes have varying levels of content compared to eachother and for the longest time most of TG's content was just different ways to blow people the fuck up. "Wow. Instead of 542 ways to turn vertical man horizontal, i only got 417." SS14 has things SS13 cant even do without shitting the bed.

Not as much DESIRED content? More valid. I dont care they managed to, idk, make a shotgun that you can cut down the length based on where you click it to get varying spread and damage. It'd still be cool dont get me wrong. But i feel the same effort could be put into a system for xenoarch as a "Chip away the rock" game ((This is all "For Example"))

I actually prefer ss13 from a content and gameplay standpoint on most forks. The problem is I can't get BYOND to run on any computer built after 2011, so I'm kind of forced to play ss14. Also, the ship and shuttle mechanic is really cool, and allows for stuff like Frontier station, which is one of the most fun forks of either ss13 or 14 I've ever played.

I'm taking the two screenshots with a grain of salt since I don't trust the dude who filled me in. He says the three new PMs (Bhjin, Geekyhobo, and nikthechampiongr) were all talking shit about the old PMs and head admins, but he didn't give me any screenshots. I'd add a screenshot of that testimony if I didn't hear it in voice.

I can confirm that Jezithyr was demoted though, as he no longer has the PM role. Jezithyr hasn't been in any public area of the discord since the date of his demotion.

As many of you know, the head game admin team recently decided to leave the project. You can read their statement on the status of the project and their personal reasons for stepping down here. Alongside the head admin team, approximately half of the current admin team has also chosen to leave.
Space Station 14 and Wizard’s Den has grown to a massive size. While I’ve personally been working on the game for almost 8 years, this explosive growth has happened only in the last 2. Our leadership has not been able to evolve to reflect that. The reasons for the game admins’ departure are not just specific to Wizden, and they have been heard by the current Project Management (PM) team. We’re doing our best to address them as soon as possible.
We owe both our (former) staff and players an apology for how long it has taken to address these concerns. I hope our actions going forward will be able to deal with our problems and make Space Station 14 and Wizard’s Den the best game and community it can be.

What we’re going to do​

We’re planning to make these changes in the short term to address the problems. All resulting staff policy will be public, as it currently is.
  1. Improve core staff accountability and transparency
    • Core staff will have defined roles assigned to make sure things get done and there’s clarity in leadership.
    • We are discussing with staff what other changes to make for better accountability and transparency.
    • These discussions are not final but some proposals include voting, elections and strike policies.
  2. Tighten up codebase organization and focus on admin tools
    • We’re working on organizing the maintainer team to make it easier to review and prioritize things on the repo.
    • We’re going to try to get a more unified vision and design of the game written down and start handling design docs better, which should hopefully make PR review easier.
    • Our admin tools are in many areas worse than what SS13 had a decade ago. We will be putting specific focus on this.
  3. Enforce more professionalism between staff
    • This doesn’t mean making the project a corporate hellhole, but it does mean dealing with toxicity between staff and similar.
    • This is both internally (between staff) and publicly (PR).

  • Q: What about Space Station 14 as a whole?
    • A: This does not directly affect servers that aren’t Wizard’s Den, in the short term at least. Of course, I hope that all improvements we make will be beneficial to downstreams too, in one way or another.
  • Q: Is Wizden over?
    • A: No, but we may be in for a rougher ride than usual in the near future. Please remember to thank the remaining staff that has decided to stay.

But it's really funny when reading the publicly accessible logs: 2018-2019, Whitaker Evans the bumbling retard that everyone makes fun of. Later 2019 and onwards, all random female names, same retard. It almost feels like an allegory. This is also a public reminder to not use the same account name as you did everywhere else on the server hosted by a community known for doxxing.

I witnessed that retard as well from other servers like Eris and just of course he was always the femstatic in there as usual, he was incompetent at being the team antagonist (In this instance, commie terrorists like Excelsior) while bitching why the team antags would ever use "brutal" and "terroristic" tactics against heavily armed Security like bombing, gunning down and other stuff instead of "converting" them.
