Perhaps Ape is chimping in code?

For Tuesday, I'll opt for the long shot - I predict the faggot throws a temper tantrum and decides to take it to trial.

And because I'm not naming names, I can pull a non-practicing lawyer move and claim I was never talking about Crackets when/if I'm wrong.

POV: you are April Anderson

this rekieta storyline has so many twist and turns. i can see this turn into a 48 hours episode with a chris benoit type ending or the divorce arc concluding with rekieta moving to la to be a permanent gimp for juju. lets explore the rekieta future timelines.
  • trailer park shoot out. ape's family is tired of rekieta's humiliation of her and decides to take matters in their own hands. when kayla and the kids are out, the ape clan goes into the rekieta compound to take care of business. inside the balldo bunker, rekieta snorts up a mountain of coco and sees the gang entering his house via cctv. rekieta, thinking he is a gansta, comes out guns blazing. think tony montana in scarface, only rekieta thinks his balldo is an ar15 because of all the coke.
  • not guilty plea. not taking a plea and all of rekieta's other antics (e.g. accessing aaron's e-mails and other gay ops) will make the da's office want to make an example of rekieta. he gets the max sentence. think orange is the new black but with dudes.
  • guilty plea and da deal. rekieta's best chance to return to a normal life. but cocaine has taken over rekieta's faculties, this story line can give two outcomes.
    • redemption arc. pleas guilty, acknowledges wrong doing, goes to rehab and takes a year off, then makes comeback tour. the problem with this arc is "acknowledges wrong doing". rekieta has, and will never, will admit wrong doing, due to ego and drugs, which leads use to the more than likely arc:
    • divorce arc. pleas guilty and gets divorced later. i can't see kayla and nick stay together at this point. i also can't see rekeita stay in minnisota. rekieta will abandon his children and move to la to be with juju and go full retard. rekeita will die in his early 50s in the gutter, due to aids.

Nick's had his fun with pointless motions and shit but when it comes down to it he'll let Big Daddy Government walk all over him. He has no choice.

Nah, I can't blame her family for getting ahold of him, and I can't blame him that he's feeling bad for them. It indicates that they're worried about her for a number of reasons. She's clearly not talking to them. That's likely because they disapprove of her living with Nick, or could also be because she's still on drugs (possibly both).

She may also be in limbo and doesn't want to say much to her parents until she knows for sure that she will either need a soft place to land if Nick gives her the boot/the house sells, or that she's officially with Nick. Just being in that in-between state is pretty embarrassing and shameful for her. Opting to be with Nick is embarrassing enough if that's what transpires, but I have a feeling she'd prefer that to be a one-and-done convo with her family if/when it happens. And she's not there yet. Maybe she won't ever be, as much as she so desperately wants to replace Kayla. So as is, there's not a good answer she can give right now to the question, "how's it going right now?"

I have to think Aaron knows this. Which is also why he has no good answer regarding how she's doing either. He's smart to stay out of it and let April continue wrecking her life.
Is this deja vu? I recall the night before Nick, Kayla and April got arrested, Aaron left his stream for 20 minutes to take an emergency phone call (who he later revealed was April's dad pleading with him to help get her out of Balldo manor).

That attempt failed miserably; why the need to repeat the same trick to reach out to now- ex husband Aaron who has several well-festered, justified grudges to hold against her?

(Initially my first thoughts were that it was Kayla's family calling him because she's gone full-blown suicidal now that she's been discarded).

Yeah, despite my piling on with the redneck, trailer park feel to the family (that's legit), her dad has kind eyes and has been married for 25+ years. If he was shit, I think Aaron would have blabbed about it. Instead, Aaron frequently tells her to go back home.

This may be a story of good fathers when all of this is done. Except Nick.

She's baaaack. I have no idea what she's trying to say.

Is this the kind of shit she (the mountain lion) thinks about while she's out in the woods in camo with her bow all day, lying in wait for the next time Kayla (the prey's "screams in the dark") up and decides to go hiking? Will ourwife "live to tell the story"? (:_(

She's baaaack. I have no idea what she's trying to say. She's a wild animal who "screams in the dark" and loves books. Or something.

She is talking about the sounds mountain lions make out in the wilderness trying to up her "girl hunter" cred again in the first one.
In the second one, she is saying that she prefers reading physical books over e-books.

She is bored trapped in the balldo bunker and trying to imagine an interesting personality for herself. Nick is probably too busy with legal stuff right now to play with her.

So, from my understanding, if Nick pleads guilty (or no contest or whatever legal terms) then the bodycam footage becomes public.

Not quite. My understanding is the bodycam footage only becomes public if it is introduced as evidence by the prosecution (or defense) at the trial. If Nick pleads guilty before it is introduced into evidence, the path to it becoming public is not as easy.

My best guess is they want to know if Aaron has heard anything or knows anything since then. With the first call, April probably acted like a petulant child and said how it's her life and to leave her alone. So they called Aaron to see if he could reason with her. He couldn't.

Now they've probably not heard much, if anything, since that first call despite the attempts. They checked in with Aaron to see if he was ghosted out entirely, too.

April's Tweets are probably just to offer proof of life to her family. And to remind us all she has an 'educated brain.' She's trying to make it seem like she's nice and cozy, in search of a good book (rather than the bored, desperate person she actually is).

How long was Milo on top for? I got the impression that he flamed out in a relatively short period of time and it happened more due to his inherent mental instability, rather than deciding to go in a different direction that doomed him.
Milo flamed (lol) out because he started making comments suggesting that sexual relationships with children can be beneficial to the child. He became toxic to everybody then.

The moral of the story is that it's nasty shit with kids that'll get you every time. Nick might have recovered from the drug charge, in time, but his daughter testing positive for coke is devastating. Palling around with the likes of Vito and Melton don't exactly help, either.

Yeah, Aaron was a retard, but at the very least he was man enough to step up and shoulder his share of the blame, and state that he was fucking up the lives of his kids. He is at least able to look beyond himself enough to place the welfare of his children ahead of his own desires now that he's been appropriately clowned on. Nick will throw away the futures of everybody around him just to prove a point to nobody.
Also: Unlike Nick he only has the children half the time.

Now I’m not saying degenerate sex and drugs is good for anyone who has kids, but at LEAST the kids were at their mothers.

Unlike Nick’s kids who suddenly had four people in moms and dads bedroom.

There are at least six bookstores in Kandiyohi county that aren't Barnes and Noble. Get your boyfriend to take you out on a fun little date, April.

April's Tweets are probably just to offer proof of life to her family.

It has to be exactly that when considering the content-free reply guy pablum she's been churning out since the first tweet:

Odds are the family contacted her just to see if she'd be coming over Thursday for Thanksgiving, and got concerned enough about her lack of response (or cryptic batshit-crazy response) to try getting in touch with Aaron about her. Then when Aaron publicly talked about that last night, it got her (or Nick) panicked about the chances that the family might be seriously considering calling in a wellness check, so she (or Nick) got the idea to throw out some vapid reply-guy shit at a few rando internet personalities to prove she's alive and in good spirits so that the family backs off. Whatever it takes to prevent the wellness check that'd force her to flush the latest stash and drive to Minneapolis to re-up all over again.

Well. If he had any evidence like that, he needed to produce it earlier at the omnibus.
He couldn't really introduce it at that hearing because you need a Franks hearing to introduce evidence like that. But yes, if he'd wanted to produce such evidence, he needed at least to argue that the mandatory reporter shouldn't be trusted because X, Y, Z and at the Franks hearing, we can prove it.

Instead, he didn't even mention any of that, focusing entirely on "muh watermark" and similar ridiculous horseshit.

Why? Because he has no such evidence. He's ABSOLUTELY BULLSHIT LYING!

This is just stuff he says in public as fodder for the absolute dumb shits who still believe anything he says. Even with holes in his brains, holes full of worms, he knows he'd get in trouble for even trying this clownshoes shit in an actual court.
Nick already tried in the previous motion to sell the judge on bringing in personal beefs with Aaron and the judge wasn't interested.
It's not relevant to anything. Nick may be obsessed with his ex-lover and somehow think anyone else will understand why the fuck we're supposed to care about Aaron, but unless it's related to his defense somehow, it just doesn't matter. If he's alleging Aaron somehow snuck into his house and left cocaine lying around everywhere and put it in his safe, and he somehow didn't notice it for weeks, then maybe it would be relevant to Aaron's motivation.

As it is, Aaron's reputation for honesty or character or whatever is only relevant if either side actually brings it up in some relevant way, either as part of the prosecution's case or some argument for innocence.

Anyway, while they don't strictly need Aaron, he is a witness to a lot of the conduct that led up to the cops finding a bunch of cocaine and guns and could testify that, yes, Nick did indeed have a habit of leaving cocaine lying around everywhere, just as it was found by the police.

I think the funniest fucking part of that is the fact that cougars make the most unhinged screaming calls when they're in heat or answering a cat who is in heat. Maybe she's yowling for Nick and he isn't answering.

Nick being Nick, you have wonder if she is even allowed to leave the balldo compound unaccompanied by Nick. And Nick is terribly busy driving that he probably tells her that he just can't do it right now.

I'm sure he will take her out to get a book after the 5K locals thing is finished.

His real rise started in 2015, and what many forget is, right after the Joe Rogan incident, Milo started a somewhat successful show on Facebook “The Milo Show” got his book self published and started to make the “I was canceled” grift work. Especially with all the right wing and libtard people spouting “it’s normal for gay men to be introduced into the life style by older men” and “you can’t be angry for how he jokes about his abuse” nonsense.
What really caused him to fizzle out was the terrible work ethic, constant whining about it his gay marriage, and the fact that he stopped paying the people who were writing all of his stuff. Milo in many way had a similar crash and burn as Nick
