Yes its his Hitchhikers fanfic. After it being rejected countless times he wrote the Ark trilogy for AR.
Once he had a contract with Tor, he dusted that pile of shit off, renamed it to Gatecrashers and submitted it.

I'm sorry as to not comb through 40 pages to see if someone answered this, but Wisconsin has a 20 day deadline for answers to amended complaints, so the attorney likely said this because the police department hadn't gotten back to him with the info and he didn't want to deny it outright. Could be the attorney had a suspicion it was true given Tomlinson's assertions, so he didn't want to deny outright.

I think it should also be mentioned that Kyle ‘little brother’ Tomlinson is included in this exchange as well. Strange to see the actual Kyle and not Twitter Kyle for once.
This must have been before the rest of the family stopped talking to Rick entirely.
