I know this has people hopeful for the Chibi Troon Arc, but I think more likely it's because men dressing as maids is a common trope in anime/manga and he thinks if he does it he'll get his meet-cute moment with a girl woman who is blown away by how kawaii he is.
 
Chibi should do a POV stream of him going to the convention and eventually getting kicked out for being a creep. People would actually watch his stream then
 
Does the con have any public social media? Not suggesting gay ops (weens pls rope) but there's a good chance on the day people will be posting sightings/warnings about Cheebz if he does bother to show up. Might make for some amusing content.

....arrived so early it's not even checkin time for the room. So he's sitting in his car for a few hours. And the person whom has the room is also not there.

Note the time difference between post one and two. So hes been there for 4 hours, and now has to wait another few hours before he can get his room....good job Adam!

He drove 7 1/2 hours for a con. Then arrived before his friend who rented the room arrived. In other words he's not even a registered guest at the hotel. Nor did he make arrangements to pick his friend up or meet him somewhere first. Then instead of going somewhere, seeing the sights, getting some food or just having a drink in the hotel bar he chooses to sit in his car and freeze.

The word "retarded" keeps being brought up with Chibi. This is a prime example.

I thought she lived in Detroit or somewhere around there. Why couldn't he have picked her up on the way or gone with her?

My guess is the "friend" is some weeb he met online and misinterpreted something thinking they'll be rooming together. The friend shows up, says, "fuck off Chibi" and Cheebs is left there all by himself needing a room. Somewhere.
