There's no objective way to diagnose ADHD, all you have to do is display 7 out of (iirc) 12 symptoms to qualify. Why 7? Imho inbetween these pauses where he doesn't provide content for us to talk about it's a very important and crucial thing that should be discussed further. To me this is the one thing from all the things he did that stands out way above the rest. There was a very big red line that was crossed here. And quite frankly there is no good explanation for it. Nick's cover story doesn't make sense, the timeline doesn't make sense, what his friends are saying is also not making sense and is a provable lie. This is the big 10000 pound elephant in the room that needs to be addressed, the prosecution knows it, the defense knows it.
