It was speculated months ago that the 26 grams they seized was what was left after a lot of use. It is highly probable he had more than 50 grams in that house at some point. Which would have bumped the charge up to first degree possession.

A gram is a measure of weight where, counterintuitive, fluid ounce is a measure of volume so this comparison doesn't work.
