Aaron, since all this happened:

-Didnt have a child test positive for cocaine
-didnt have a child that was hungry and smelled
-didnt have his family and friends report to the police for obvious behavior changes
-didnt get caught with an Oz of cocaine

The "revenge porn" wasn't sent by email. Aaron sent it to Geno in a message that he sent while on air. If it can't be proven that it was a nude of Kayla, the case fails.

Providing Aaron has been telling the truth - and so far it seems he mostly has - nothing that Nick is doing is going to lead to a better outcome for Nick, Kayla, or April in their court cases. It's not even certain Aaron would be a witness at any future trials related to the legal proceedings against the polycule.

Nick's actions are pure spite meant to fuck with Aaron and make him look bad in the eyes of the public and it's something we've seen Nick do to others. Obviously he will also try to fuck with anyone Aaron's Google accounts show to have been supportive of Aaron.

Nick having access to Aaron's accounts would certainly help explain why he insisted that the polycule use a secure messaging app when sharing shit among themselves, though.

Nick saying on Melton's stream that he has no idea which safe is being referred to seems to be an admission that he hasn't reviewed any of the evidence (including the bodycam) provided by the prosecution during discovery, which can only be a deliberate strategy on his part and must be driving his ("incompetent") lawyer insane.
