Nick Rekieta is truly evil. He knows no boundries and his depravity knows no depths. This is beyond petty, it's outright insane. To use the accounts of someone that once was a trusted confidant is beyond crazy. Any person whose moral compass wasn't compromised would just log off the accounts and let bigons be bigons. But Nick had to not only use the accounts to stalk Aaron's activities like a scorned ex, but also impersonate him.

This has been my primary takeaway of the cokehead saga. Nick is a bad guy at his root, and the his reaction to the coke charges are what really exposes that. If Nick came out and took responsibility I think a lot of people would still be on his side, people would want him to get better and make a comeback.

But the more he struggles and fights, the more evil and cruel behavior he indulges in, the more it becomes obvious that he truly is a remorseless narcissistic. It reminds me of something Sean said when explaining sentencing, it was something hypothetical to the tune of "You're not getting the maximum sentence because you robbed the store, you're getting it because you robbed it with a shotgun and knocked the clerks teeth out." In the same way I think Nick's behavior surrounding the crime is why he deserves prison.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that saw this comparison, I was watching Kino Casino talk about it while I was incidentally playing RDR2. The Rage Pig Redemption seems like a very interesting arc, Ralph is a funny kind of bootleg outlaw hiding out in Mexico.

It really does remind me of the later chapters. Where everyone clearly is figuring out Dutch is this stupid violent criminal putting up a fancy facade. This arc really reminds me of the way Dutch kills Leviticus Cornwall, it's a stupid act that will only set him back, but he does it anyway for his ego alone. It's this descent into madness, like the gang falling apart in the game.

Nick's legal strategy also really reminds me of Dutch's plan, this vague ace in the hole he tells everyone he has, but the specifics keep changing, because the plan is all bullshit. Who knows how this'll end, maybe this'll all end just like the game, and Nick'll shoot April dead on suspicion of being a spy for the Pinkertons.

And further, if Nick had access to Aaron's account/email, then he could've sent anything he wanted, hell he could've even sent more nudes of Kayla himself from Aaron's account to try and beef up the charges. And if Nick had unfettered access to this account/email, what else does he have access too? How can we trust that any message Aaron sent - that he doesn't personally confirm - isn't just Nick trying to tamper with/intimidate a witness?

Regarding the screenshot, is there any hard evidence that the history is from Aaron's account?
