106 or above you're almost always looking at an external source. Hyperthermia or what is known as Heat Stroke. Your body's ability to regulated temperature has shut down. You can't sweat. High Heat, extreme dehydration, extensive (even other wise non serious) burns or radiation damage. I think the only infections that hit those ranges are the hemorrhagic fevers, like Ebola.
