Don’t all guys in general tend to hit on the drunk girls at bars cause it’s easier to have sex with them? I think Amanda is making a bad social choice due to lack of confidence but I don’t see her dragging somebody home and raping them she doesn’t even have a penis anymore, and yes I know you don’t need a penis to rape but I think it’s exaggerating to equate a socially immature person thinking it’s easier to hit on drunk girls to rape. But it’s very good this is brought up so it can be pointed out because consent is extremely important and none of us would want to be with somebody that couldn’t consent. Unless we were evil rapist. I used to have a big crush on my friend and would buy him drinks cause he would get touchy feely with me. But he did like me but needed to be comfortable to be more open. We never had sex lol. And I wouldn’t have just jumped on him to “score” if the opportunity arose. If its agreed to, I think this is fine, but the key point is wanting that outcome from the start. I'm not against someone CHOOSING to drink beforehand to reduce anxiety, but thats different than trying to get someone sloshed because YOU want to get in their pants. Very different.

There is nuance to things like, how much (I wouldn't say it was abuse if a woman had a SINGLE 8oz 5% beer and decided to do it) and if someone is in a relationship where this thing is already decided (if a couple wants to get shitfaced and fuck each other as their evening plans, and have done it a dozen times before, who cares?) but we all know colton cannot understand nuance.

Also frankly the legal driving is only because people get busted / it can kill people very easily. I've seen cops testing at bars as part of campaigns, but they never breathalyzed 2 people about to clearly bang each other, and thats because if they are of mutual drinking they don't care.
