In general i see way more non-whites loving anime than not.
As hesitant as i am to say this, i have been a degen weeb since the 90's and it was absolutely more accepted with whites, even though there was still a massive stigma surrounding it. Niggers used to visciously mock weebs by all accounts (from what i have heard from black weebs) and the whole anime-nigger pipeline only really started in the 2010's with the DBZ/fighting game negros being pushed into the limelight and rappers adding DBZ and Naruto lyrics into their gay little songs.
maybe its just different circles, but even a decade ago the kids proudly wearing ninja headbands and adults rocking one piece shit were blatantly blacks. dragon ball and other anime have been huge in mexico too, so if the immigrants are recent enough they are probably 3rd gen dragon ball fans. I know quite a few 50 year olds that watched it as a kid in their home countries. The only people i've seen watch it during their lunch breaks have been blacks or latinos.

i guess you're not american but in the rap communities especially they've been weebs for a long time, obviously the wu-tang clan but everyone from love & hip hop like Cardi B or Megan Thee Stalion have been watching anime since they can remember, its blatantly normalized in their communities and while they might not be big in the online communities its probably because of how normal it is in their own communities. the same way being an eagles fan in philly means you don't have to be on an online forum to find someone to talk to vs being an eagles fan in fucking germany.

It seems Cardi B just watched DBZ with her cousins when she was younger, she said she isn't really an anime fan. I just looked it up. Personally, i respectfully disagree with your assessment of niggers being weebs. DBZ and a couple other shounens are big with them, but i wouldn't say they are weebs. I have personally not seen them active in any of the bigger communities nor talking about anime/manga in depth.. only posting DBZ memes and shit. That's not to say there aren't some out there, i have personally seen a few over the years.. but not many, it's a pretty rare sighting. And weren't Wu Tang influenced by the old Kung Fu movies of the 70's and 80's? I think there is a big difference between being a degen weeb and watching DBZ and Naruto lol.

It works, or at least it used to work. With specifically mpgs I should add. The tiny bit of data that winzip added was ignored by the video player that was only interested in finding the mpeg-streams. The thing that could be fiddly was getting it to add the clips in the right order.
