If anything I support the Selzer poll because it is so polarizing it is just further pushing everyone to think their stooge will win everything and setting up for some hilarious meltdowns in a few days. Imagine if a bunch of 65 year old women who are independent or identify as Republicans fuck over Trump. Or if all the minorities abandon the Democrats. Imagine if it’s a close races but whoever wins gets a hostile Congress. 2016 will pale in comparison.

I want Trump to win because libs will absolutely lose their minds. Conservatives are all bark and no bite. Libs, on the other hand, will become even more utterly unhinged than they already are if Trump wins. Many of them truly believe America will become Nazi Germany if Trump wins, with illegal aliens and homosexuals being rounded up and thrown into camps and abortion being banned nationwide. The meltdown would be fiery and prolonged.

Tim Walz' whole thing is relatability, the reason why he played Crazy Taxi on stream was because the NYT published an interview with some old students where one recounted a story where his wife took away his Dreamcast because he played to excess while he was still a geography teacher.

IGN then found his old Dreamcast (that he gave to a student who helped on his 2012 campaign) and a VMU with Crazy Taxi and Madden's data on it.

Nothing will happen if Trump loses; it will just be angry chuds. On the other hand, if Trump wins there is a decent possibility that the liberals in government will start something serious.

That's fine on its own but it's not effective as an outreach to men, specifically young men that was going on at the time. If you want to chalk it up to coincidence that he played those games and had a stream posted during a WOW raid while the Dems were releasing "Be a man vote for a woman ads" and Obama telling Black men its okay to vote for Kamala, that's fine. It completely fits the broader theme of 45 year old cat ladies' perception of what other people think is cool that the Dems seem to be running with though.

If Walz wanted to look relatable he'd be playing an FPS. You could pick like a Millennial one like COD or go with a more Zoomer focused Overwatch or something. Walz goes hunting, it would be in character enough.

I can't help but think its a failed stunt though. Your old gym teacher playing sportsball vidya and hearing the wars of worldcraft at the school is kind of a given. I bet Kamala plays Candycrush too.
