Considering Nick's swiss cheese brain sees "fat weird nerd" as the be all end all of insults is it safe to assume he was a fucking dork in high school who was bullied for being a nerd? Then he tried to be cool in college by joining the cheerleaders, probably dreaming for an American Pie style plot line to play out, but instead just ended up getting an eating disorder.

Wasn't the Sargon ruling based on clipping and responding, not just pure clipping? I thought part of the ruling was because it was clearly not going to take viewers away from the opposing party because her audience wouldn't likely view the channel. Rekieta being heavily featured on there, he could argue that it's taking revenue, especially because Elissa has taken paid content from his locals and clipped it with minimal transformation.

It was an unedited clip. The commentary was just the context of his channel and audience. The clip being posted as criticism was the fair use aspect.
