How did a pair of troglodytes like Sammie and whatever Arkansas trash she spawned with produce an actual adorable babby? I'm so confused.
10/10 agree: babby still white

That babee is literally whiter than her where's that tard that was sperging out about it totally actually for real being wesley snipes seed?

That kid already has a higher credit score

The fucking filters make the baby look ugly, just a weird eyed smooth face. Filtering kids is disturbing. All her baby photos are going to be uncanny when she grows up.

Dalton's plea and jury trial for his five terroristic threatening cases is supposed to occur this morning. Let's see what, if anything, comes out of it.

At least he won't get another failure to appear, considering his dirty dumbfuck ass is still in jail.

Wish kim would post something about the kids

So much for locking Dipshit Dalton away. TL;DR: 6 more years of probation with jail time credit.

Translation (per ChatGPT, don't yell at me if it's not 100% correct):
  1. State Moves to NP Hab Allegations: The state has requested to not pursue (NP) habitual allegations in several cases, and the court has granted this request.
  2. Probation and Conditions: The individual has been sentenced to 6 years of probation with specific conditions:
    • Payment of $500 in fines and court costs.
    • Completion of anger management and domestic violence classes.
    • Participation in drug screenings and treatment.
    • Continuation of mental health treatment.
  3. Jail Credit: The individual receives credit for 30 days spent in jail, which will count towards the fines.
  4. Consolidation of Cases: The court's decisions apply to all cases on the docket for that day, except for one case that will be NP'd.
  5. Neg Pleas: The defendant is expected to enter negative pleas (pleas that do not admit to the charges but accept the consequences) in all cases on the docket.
  6. Revocation Cases: In the cases labeled 20-1349 and 21-1291 (referred to as "revocation" cases), the same terms apply: 6 years of probation with the same conditions and jail credit.
  7. Final Case: In case 21-4621, the state also moves to not pursue, which has been granted.

Here’s what will happen: He either won’t show for intake at the probation office or will show up once or twice, then fuck off. The state has to show reasonable attempts to “re-engage “ him — a call, letter, then home visit with reporting instructions. If he still doesn’t report, they start the process of revoking his probation. In an adjacent, smaller county he would probably have gone to jail for a year or prison. However, the Pulaski County Jail is so overcrowded with violent gang members (not to say Dalton isn’t a violent tard, but he’s not a member of a criminal enterprise) that it’s unlikely he’ll be held on a warrant when he inevitably violates his probation (unless there is another charge to go with it). However, it’s highly probable that this current probation sentence will go against Dim in CPS proceedings. A lot is also dependent on his probation officer, the size of their case load, etc. If for some reason he got assigned to a maximum supervision officer, he’s going to get ridden like Seabiscuit until he either gets right (X to doubt), absconds (likely) or tard against one of them (possible).

One thing AR gets right is parole and probation officers are sworn, state law enforcement with the same arrest powers as the highway patrol. They have guns, pepper spray, tasers and body armor. NGL, I’d love to see a scenario where Dalton tard rages on some petite officer that isn’t having his shit, and he gets to ride the lighting before being tackled with “ the minimum amount of force necessary to bring the situation under control,” (which is subjective and can be inclusive of a well-deserved ass whipping or another jolt or two on the taser). From what I’ve witnessed, the parole and probation officers there do not play — they already have proof that a lot of these people are violent; thus, they have more leniency and their use of force can be more defensible than regular law enforcement. While I’d love to see him in prison (the prisons there are unsurprisingly crazily overcrowded and violent), he may be in for some corrective action nonetheless.

Might I also add that currently, Dalton isn't in jail for any of those cases. He's in jail for the violation of a protection order and still has a $5000 surety bond over his head. The hearing on that isn't until 11/20/24. Until their tard bux go in at the beginning of the month for the 10% bail money, he will probably continue to sit in jail.

Also, North Little Rock put out a FTA warrant on him 2 days ago for the 7/2/24 driving on a suspended/no liability insurance case. The case that they reference near the top, NLTRC-21-8483 is also driving on a suspended/no liability insurance/no tags and he has an FTA for that case that he has never answered for. I don't know what that means for the rest of the cases but it's out there.

On a slightly more positive note, Sarge is still cooling his heels in jail, waiting for a bed to come open in prison. Jail is generally more miserable than prison due to less freedom (yard time, classes, etc), more time confined in a small space, very limited (or non existent) commissary, etc. A lot of felons want moved to prison ASAP as it’s considered the lesser of two evils in terms of living environment. The prison also tend to have better HVAC than the jails. AR has cold enough winters that ice will sometimes form inside the jail cells, and the summers are brutal — imagine Florida without beautiful beaches, but keep all the humidity, snakes and bugs, meth and crime. You’ve got summer in AR. Love this for him.

20 years for an attempted rape is wild that's a huge L. You're going to get smacked around in prison, be a sex offender for life (if you even get out, as a senior) and you didn't even actually get pussy. That actually makes you kind of gay tbh how you gonna tell your son you're a sex offender that didn't even get the sex

Wasn't it even worse than just attempted rape? I thought he'd tried to strangle her, smacked her around and wouldn't let her leave. It sounded pretty damn terrifying.

I mean there's absolutely no chance Dalton takes the classes he's supposed to right? Can they make him do that from jail while he's there 🤔
