Look closely at the stain and I swear you can see the face of a retarded child.

Chris is so fucked up even the pareidolia he causes is weird.

In the picture of Chris and Barb at school he looks like he's pulling his lips back or baring his teeth in the dumbest way possible. I think in one of his Pog pictures he looked similar.
And that's a nifty random snowflake hanging from the ceiling.
When I was in 3rd or 4th grade the teacher wanted to hang some seasonal decorations from the ceiling but apparently she couldn't because the principal or whoever dictates that stuff said in the event of a fire they could catch and it would mean great balls of ignited paper dropping on our heads.

That must have been a very odd "party." I remember when I was in middle school I don't think anyone had any kind of birthday party, or pizza party for that matter. We (thought we) weren't kids anymore, and there were so many people just the idea of trying to have some kind of intimate party was crazy. I wonder what class this was, maybe homeroom?

possibly a special ed class, my middle school had lock-ins on Fridays afternoons after school but I don't remember anyone having their own party in class past 3rd grade at the latest

It's definitely special ed. Chris has special ed classes in middle school. No idea if he had any normal classes. I don't think a normal class teacher would allow a pizza party, but mind you in high school they let him sleep and read Goosebumps so I could be wrong.

they probably put up with him for the pizza, I think I remember my middle school having pizza or ice cream parties for those who made the honor roll

For a class that suggests rewarding failing grades with $5, I could definitely see them using a pizza party to encourage good behavior. More than likely though is the teacher just said hey, its Friday, I'll let the 'tard bring in pizza for his birthday. I remember kids bringing in cupcakes for the class for their birthdays, but nothing this big.

I don't remember anyone bringing in cupcakes or cookies for their birthday after 3rd grade. Even Chris' fellow SPEDs probably hated him. That was the only was Borb could get anyone could come to a birthday party for Chris, have it at school.

A while back, I had the idea to take "A Week With Christian Chandler" and edit it to be more accurate. I've done all the photo pages. Enjoy!
