It's providing a massive amount of employment to truck drivers. The need is so great that you don't need to piddle around and let your prison record settle for a while before attempting to get a job in that area.
100% of all big haul truck drivers nationwide are Mega Trump supporters. No other job category comes close to the level of support Trump gets then he gets from them.
And since Trump is also a convicted felon now It's not a racist joke to say Trump has something to identify with on the same level as a lot of black men either.
