You're kidding, right? It's exophoria by the way of muscle wastage. She hasn't had a stroke. She doesn't have MS. She just starved herself so long she doesn't have the supportive structure to make her eyes not roll out off midline like that.

Just the way you worded your post, I just thought you were questioning if it was muscle atrophy or nerve damage, and that surprised me. I didn't mean to come off as a jerk, genuinely. I just rattled off a couple proximal nerve damage causes just as an example. What did you mean?

Anorexia nervosa sometimes comes with comorbidities like diabetes, HIV, or nutritional deficiencies, which can cause nerve damage, but almost always peripherally. Eugenia's lost a great deal of muscle in the past six months. I think her body is amazingly resilient for an older anorexic lady. I don't love that she's killing herself, but it isn't like she's accountable to anyone.

I’m not in a doctor but did work in the optical field for many years so I only have a scratch-the-surface knowledge about eye issues. I was wondering if it’s being caused by eye muscle loss or nerve damage because of her starvation. I’ve seen eye turning in children but never in adults so I’m puzzled.

It's like the pinnacle of the uncanny valley. I was out in the city today doing some early Christmas shopping and saw a 20-something woman walking around who was Eugenia levels of skelly. I could not stop staring and wondering how her bone-thin legs could support her. How the fuck was she even able to walk!? How the fuck did she have the energy to have perfect makeup done and well-groomed long hair!? I can't lie, I felt bad for her. It must be agonising to force yourself to live that way.

She has absolutely no idea how to live any other way. she's never been a healthy adult, even during her 'recovery.' It will be agony but in short term embracing recovery is more agony, otherwise it would be easier.

Its likely she's absolutely freezing to her inner core regardless of the temperature; feeling like her legs will give out any moment; probably actually faints fairly often; and getting her makeup on and going out for a few minutes for photos will exhaust her for the rest of the day. I think her demusculation means she's well past the pacing in your room/anorexic walk stage.

Is she still doing long streams? I only follow her on here. If she is, I am truly amazed. The human body is resilient but you can only push it so far.
