I apologize if this is a bit off-topic, but do the sources she cited in the video back up her argument or were they taken out of context? While I know absolutely nothing about medical science and how gender dysphoria relates to it, I'd assume that those types of medicines should be used with extreme discretion and only after extensive evaluation by a professional. If anyone who is knowledgeable about these types of subjects can provide some clarity in layman's terms, that would be wonderful.

I didn't watch the video because I can't stand Zach's voice but I have read what he has written.
The available evidence does suggest that GnRH agonists ("puberty blockers") are safe--and they are hormones despite Zach's ignorant claim that they are not hormones. But that is a non sequitur, it fails to address the actual problem.
The problem with giving prepubescent children GnRH agonists is that only about 20% of prepubescent persons with gender dysphoria continue to experience dysphoria after sexual maturation. I have cited some of the evidence for this earlier in this thread, you can consult it if you want the details. It appears--and I say appears because it is at this point in time unclear what happens at the neurological level to eliminate the dysphoria--that in the majority of prepubescent persons with gender dysphoria the process of sexual maturation eliminates the said dysphoria.
On this basis alone it is perfectly legitimate to raise concerns about pharmacological interference in secondary sexual development. But the issue is also that using GnRH agonists to suppress puberty will prevent the very process that--as far as we know--is responsible for resolving gender dysphoria in around 80% of persons. In that 80% of the gender dysphoric population where the dysphoria would desist given time, the dysphoria will instead persist because of the GnRH agonist usage. By giving every prepubescent person with gender dyspohoria GnRH agonists we would in effect be "manufacturing" transsexuals. This is the nub of the problem which loudmouth troons like Zach don't address.
Secondarily, delaying puberty is not a trivial matter. If you disagree then cast your mind back to your own puberty and how it would have felt if you were the only teenage person at high school (or college) that still looked and sounded like a child. Puberty is also when boys and girls start taking an interest in sex and sexual expression and consequently when their interests and priorities change. A teenager with arrested puberty would be alienated from his/her peers.
Zach is not a credible source on the science of transsexualism and you should ignore his bullshit.

This is something the Rat King wants though, even if they're not always explicit about it. Many of them believe cis people are dishonest with themselves, and significantly more people would suddenly just become trans if they simply took the advice "have you tried not being cis?".

There's also a wish fulfillment element. Plenty of troons have mentioned how they wish (now, not when they were kids) that they'd trooned out much younger as they think it'd make it easier to pass. And because they think they'd definitely have been a pretty princess/porn star/Beyonce at that age.

I wouldn't expect a straight answer (get it!) from the "community", it's not like honesty is the strong suit among those guys. How much resentment/bitterness/salt do you think there is along the "passing spectrum". Like do the lurch=headed gals with beards actively hate the girly boy he-waifs?

I would guess that is an element, but not an entirely significant one or unique to the transgender community. Ugly tend to be jealous of better looking people because we all know we treat good looking people better than ugly people. It may be something that is actually less significant in the transgender community because they are more self-aware and sensitive to outward appearance, but it is probably still there.
Either way, Zinnia passes relatively well, better than just about anyone else talked about here. Sabine would be a second, after that its like ogres in dresses. Devi is decent, other than the face.
