its very nice, and a good addition to a breakfast roll. Especially with brown/HP sauce

Hamericans out there, you guys need to try HP sauce on a bacon roll. And yes, HP does stand for Houses of Parliament.
 
The puddin is my favorite for breakfast when I'm in Ireland. I like that it's a lot firmer than Tote Oma type blood sausage, which is mixed with liver sausage so it becomes more sauce like when cooking. And fried potatoes with brown sauce accompany it well.
 
It's great, but one of those foods where I'm glad I learned I liked it before I learned exactly what it's comprised of. I understand why some people won't ever get over what it is to be able to enjoy it.

I understand why some people enjoy tripe, but I knew what it was before trying it and that means I can never enjoy it.
 
I'm an American so I've never had it. I don't think I'd like it, but I would try it if I ever got the chance.
