So, semi-thread regular Jammidodger has put out a few videos of late that have interested me. The first is this video regarding testosterone and its (totally not dangerous) impacts on the female body. I will spare you her vocal fry and sum up the video below.
Here is the woman 'breaking down the facts' and 'fighting misinformation':

0:54-1:20 Announces she is going to 'myth bust' a list someone made a few years ago regarding the impacts of testosterone. Says the individual is misinformed, 'transphobic' (her favourite insult) and ~why it's not right~.
1:33 - Uses a lot of 'according to them'. This was based on a tweet thread. She does not name the user because she 'doesn't want to send them hate', but you can harbour a guess as to who it might be.
1:45 - takes umbrage with the fact that T will not give females male puberty. States that testosterone ranges will be in the 'male levels', when normal male levels can be up to 1200 nm/dL. Trans men - at best - might get up to 600 nm/dL. So within the ranges of a low T male.
1:55 - has a weird smile on her Sonic the hedgehog tipped face on how male puberty is: greater body hair and muscle increase. However, looking at Jamie, she at best resembles your typical soyboy and not the average male. To her, male puberty is JUST getting body hair, a deeper voice, and greater muscle mass.
2:00 - Genuinely believes there are a lot of 'similarities' between a trans man's T injections and a natal male's puberty. She offers no source for this, because it isn't true at all. There's something about the way Jammidodger speaks that really grates on me, it's not just the vocal fry, but her general smug tone and how passive-aggressive she comes across towards dissenting opinions, in the way only the English can. Is there still a subset of Tumblr girls, mainly in the US, who love all things British like there were back during the time One Direction and Sherlock were really popular? Whatevs, this doctor guy is trying to pretend we've evolved out of needing wide pelvises to give birth. We aren't English bulldogs, who've been bred into such a weird shape that they can't reproduce without being cut open by a vet. For 90% of human history (before modern medicine and cesarean sections existed), women who's pelvises weren't wide enough to give birth just died in childbirth. Their narrow pelvis genetics weren't passed on.
Nearly every woman has a wide enough pelvis to give birth. Its very rare that a cesarean is needed only because the pelvis wasn't wide enough. The baby might be in a difficult position, breech, or there's other complications with labor not progressing, but the pelvic width is very rarely the issue. This is because pregnancy hormones cause ligaments to loosen around the joints and allow even a smaller pelvis to widen temporarily during birth, and babies heads are designed to narrow by having the skull plates overlap during birth, if they're in the right position (head first, facing back). But I'm sure plenty of male doctors use the "too narrow pelvis" excuse, because male doctors love performing cesareans, it makes them feel all powerful and shit.
TLDR: women have managed to have wide enough pelvises for thousands of years before male doctors diagnosed them with "narrow pelvises" , any excuse for a cesarean so men get the credit for birth, also people need to stop worrying about being accused of "hating transwomen", any one with a brain hates troons it's the only sane reaction to them

Watching @Chandelier's Jammidodger video, I'm reminded of something that I've thought before, but never actually articulated. It's a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things, but it's the utterly foid-brained way she begins her videos, with a big smile and her cutesy, "Hey spuds!" catchphrase.
That's something I've seen time and time again from Jammidodger - the 'spuds' fan nickname. It reminds me of that thing pop stars (invariably female pop stars, or pop stars aimed at a primarily female audience) do. It's so girly.
