Hey guys! Ive been on t for 6 months now, there are some changes, but not too dramatic. I kinda look androgynous at this point, my voice hasnt dropped yet, but it is also not that high. I’ve started my masters degree recently, and some classmates gender me correctly, but some don’t. How should I approach that?

We were divided into groups, and one girl referred to me as “she”. I texted her later that I am a guy, and I thought we resolved the issue via text. But she keeps misgendering me when we are talking as a group.

How do I properly deal with these sort of things and not out myself? I would prefer to stay stealth

I got over myself at that point. No matter what your name is, someone is going to mispronounce it at you. I love the way trans people love to act like these books were always shit and they never liked them. I've been taking HRT for 6 years now, the first two years I took leuprolide, GnRH agonists, everything was fine, but the cost of that medication was being excessively expensive for me, I was 19 years old, I changed my testosterone blocker to MPA progestins medroxyprogesterone (my doctor's suggestion), I was taking that for two years, until I had a breast ultrasound and it showed that I had several calcifications in one of my nipples.

I went to 3 doctors and they told me it wasn't malignant, but I it scared the shit out of me, I went back on GnRH again, all this year I have been taking Leuprolide and, well now I have a pain in my lower back that won't go away and all my joints creak, I have seen that it is very common to develop a loss of bone density because of this medication, I am simply tired and I don't know what to do, I feel like a guinea pig for my doctors.

At this point I am considering denial, I don't want to have the orchiectomy and find myself with another unpleasant surprise that puts my health at risk, I don't know what to do.

Hi all!

So this might be a tricky situation that I haven’t heard anyone talk about in this group. I am undoc immigrant, born in MX. I haven’t been able to visit the homeland due to US border laws. However, I have been recently been approved my advanced parole to visit later this month!

My question for you all is… (again, all answers and input are helpful!) Do you all think I would get more of a hassle crossing the border legally if I physically pass as male yet on my ID it still shows F? Do you all think i’ll get wrongfully profiled or get in any sort of trouble for any suspicion? I guess i’m overthinking too much. Average cis person has no trouble but im worried I might get an extra disadvantage.

Also, random question but am I able to pack a stp packer in my luggage and go through tsa without them asking me anything? I’m planning on placing it in my carry-on, and i’ve gotten so used to wearing and using it on a daily basis that I can’t seem to go out anywhere without it, let alone a whole different country. My biggest fear is them pulling it out and inspecting, especially since i’ll be with my family.

Anything helps! Please assist with any tips or tricks you might have : ) . Thanks !

Vortexofchaos started popping E two years ago at the age of 64 and has been very very happy with his wonderful new life, with many posts on Reddit about his trans joy.
