We have an unconfirmed murder with Wappy Flanker. He shot at some homeless dude a while back.
 
I think it's good that the homeless should fear summary execution. Those fucking motherfuckers will bother and harass you as if they have some right to be on the public streets. Newsflash: If you have no home, you have no rights, and there will be no one to help you.

He points the gun at the guy, repeatedly warns him that he's gonna shoot him, and the guy keeps advancing, imo at that point it's self defense. He only shot once with a dinky little .22 and you can see the guy running into the bushes after the shot so I doubt the homeless guy died anyway even if he was hit, which is a big if.

That's not how self-defense works in Vegas (or anywhere in Nevada). Let me break it down:
  1. Pointing a gun and threatening to shoot is already sketchy legally. That's brandishing and it can get you in hot water.
  2. Using a gun against an unarmed person? Major overkill. The law says you gotta match the level of threat. Fists vs. firearm doesn't add up.
  3. "Stand your ground" isn't a free pass. You still need to prove you were in real danger of death or serious harm. An unarmed dude coming at you probably won't cut it especially not 30 feet away.
  4. It doesn't matter if it's a .22 or a cannon - any gun is considered deadly force in the eyes of the law.
  5. Whether the homeless guy lived or died is irrelevant. The act of shooting is what counts.
  6. "Repeatedly warning" someone actually works against you here. It shows he had time to think and possibly retreat. Dumb bastard could have run if he were that scared.
In Vegas, you can't just start blasting because someone's advancing on you. The threat needs to be immediate and severe, and you need to use only the force necessary to stop it.

she denied the accusation she scammed lonely men out of their money, but only before being confronted with her own quote
it was something like-
"lonely men are vulnerable so i know who to target, and when they open up to me thats when i know i can take something from them"
because it was a direct quote from a recording her only response to that was-
"but that was like 3 years ago, and i was in a very bad place"
